Great coach and negotiator
I worked with Annie for VP of Product Management role at a startup during which Annie coached me on negotiation of TC, and eventually helped me achieve the desired outcome. Annie is a true partner in the journey
Annie was an integral partner in negotiating my job offer, constantly going above and beyond to ensure I had the confidence to fight for what I deserved. I was very stressed because I didn't have a big tech background and interviewing at one of the biggest, and whether it was through a last minute text or a long vent session via video call, Annie felt like a knowledgeable friend and guide throughout the otherwise arduous process. She hyped me up, and pushed me in all the right ways while also respecting my boundaries in negotiation approach. I can't thank Annie enough for the unwavering support and service she provided. Strongly recommend her for anything!
