In June 2026, we chartered the motor yacht Alabdulla (Ferretti 500). The boat had major pre-existing technical defaults from Day 1, culminating in a severe flooding of the master cabin that left the yacht unnavigable for 2 days.
Here is how they handled it:
• Broken Refund Promise: Management promised a written refund of €3,715 for the lost charter days, but later defaulted on payment.
• Illegal Deposit Retention: They improperly withheld our full €6,500 security deposit on disembarkation day by fabricating retroactive damage claims—after the check-out document was explicitly signed "NOT CORRECT".
• Zero Responsibility: Sail Nomad refuses to take broker responsibility, while Feel Yachting falsely tried to blame us for pre-existing defects.
Formal complaints and cases are officially opened with the Croatian Tourist Inspectorate, ECC, MMK Booking Manager, and NauSYS.
