Do not buy. Sizing is so off on underwear. Leg holes too tight. Material so very thin. Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I WASTED $70! no returns!

Please, please, please stop making everything with this stupid "high" waistband!!! Have lived in your leggings for years and am down to my last two very old pairs. Many of us do not have a large enough rear end to hold up your stupid thick waistband! Walking as little as a mile you spend half your time pulling the bloody things up! Your corporate decision to "follow the trends" makes you a company that I and my smaller bootied friends have crossed off our lists. Maybe one day the lost income will make you come to your senses and go back to serving your core buyers. It certainly wouldn't hurt you to make both types, most likely it would increase your profits and market share.
A VERY dissapointed former customer

Placed an order 14 days ago and have heard nothing from the company. I just contacted them and was told they would check with warehouse to see status of my order. When a company says that you know you are getting “the-run-around”. I agree with other reviewers: stay away from this company.

Not sure what's going on with this company, but I'd steer away from them. I've ordered from them in the past no problem, but this time I placed an order, was promptly charged for it and then nothing. ? No confirm email, no way to contact via phone (non working no.), their chat doesn't work either. Will just call my bank card and have the charge backed out. This is no way to run a legit company - they must be going under, cuz I've never experienced this non-level of customer service from them before.

My wife placed an order online with Felina GMBH. After an initial email saying it was being prepared for shipment, nothing. No response to emails, there is no phone number for it on the web. I am looking for a fraud bureau in Germany if anyone knows it.

I order felina pijama set. I never received my order. I contacted Felina customer service multiple times, they said they replaced the order. Still didn’t receive anything. Its been more than a month now. I don’t recommend to order anything from them . Horrible service

The item I ordered sized very small. I processed an exchange for another size. Felina had me take pictures and upload TWICE not being satisfied with the first picture. Finally they approved the return. They sent me a return email with QR code, except there is NO QR code in the email for me to drop off items. Not to mention the $7 fee for the return! I have now wasted 2 weeks trying to place a simple order, no help from customer service. This is 2025. WAKE UP! I will never order from Felina again, and will make sure nobody I know orders from them either!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
First, thier link doesn't work when I cancelled my order, causing it to ship. I even received a cancelled order confirmation.
Second, I never opened the package and submitted a return WITH required pictures and they asked me to re upload
different pictures that showed tags attached. The sealed bags werent even open and delivered less than an hour prior.
Complete nonsense, and actually strange. I refuse to order one more product of theirs.

I love what I ordered from this website. Their product is very high quality. The fit is true to their size charts. I had ordered a Felina product from Macy's and needed a different size. When I discovered Felina.com, I ordered from them based on their chart measurements. Everything fits great and very comfortable. It came quickly and with free shipping. I almost did not order due to the bad reviews, but I am so glad I did. My experience is fantastic. I plan to order again.

I ordered one item. I never received an order confirmation, an order number, shipping notice or a tracking number, then my package was in limbo for days. I was so infuriated that I decided, even if it did arrive, I wasn’t keeping it. When it finally did arrive, I opened the outer package to access the invoice, which clearly states, all product returns are free and will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. However, after completing the asinine return process which includes not only submitting a picture to prove that the tags are still attached, but then waiting for your return to be “approved”, I’m being charged seven dollars for return shipping fee. I disputed the charge with my bank and got a full refund. This was my first purchase from Felina and will be my last

Felina has deceptive return policy. Only companies with too many returns do not stand by their product. I was appalled to discover a $7 fee to return. No where was this stated BEFORE I ordered. 4 out of 5 pieces did not fit. How can one pair size small leggings fit an 8 year old and another pair fits loosely? The bra straps also designed for a 4 foot tall pre-teen. The quality of a certain shirt was terrible and totally not as described, yet they will not accept returns! Let that be a lesson - if a company does not stand behind their product, they KNOW it is not as advertised!!! Quality is always returnable. Felina is cheap and cheats the customer. Do not buy from them.

In the past I had bought some high waisted panties from Felina that have lace at the top and I really like them. They are the Felina brand. Because it is hard to find that type of style with lace, in March I bought 3 boxes of 5 panties each and I put them away in a drawer for the future. The picture on the box looked the same as what I remember the previous boxes looking like. Today I looked in the drawer and noted that the brand I was sent from Felina at $40 a box is Black Bow and sells on Amazon and ebay for half the price. I am out $60. I was overcharged $20 per box. I contacted the company today and sent a picture of the unopened box with the Black Bow Brand. I was told that Black Bow is a sub brand of Felina and because I am past the 30 day return and the items are now on final sale, there is nothing they can do. I just want to warn people to check the Felina merchandise that you get to make sure you are getting the brand that you paid for.

I bought after many promotional emails, jut to try. They even promoted a free gust with certain choices. Two days later I received an email they run out of the size I chooses asking to choose a different one. So, replied and changed it. They acknowledge my choice and thanked me. Then the following day I received another email stating that they don’t have no more for gifts. I answered back and complaint, that at least they should at least get a refund for the gift, since is false advertising. They answered back they won’t due it. They should offer another alternative or at least give a reasonable to my order( based on a discounted item). I am a first time customer and they won’t get more business from me, regardless the quality. False advertisement is NOT a good practice, failing the confidence of customers makes me angry. I am still awaiting for the merchandise.

Ok so how this is still going is just beyond me at this stage!!!! They have robbed almost 500e of my money and nothing back to date, and credit card companies can only give you back the money since it was reported. This company was robbing for me during ONE year! Disgrace!!!

Purchased over $300 in bras and underwear...The underwear (lace) is junk. Like already fraying after a single use. Every pair. I am top heavy, so I wanted the Side Smoothing Bras -- LIES. The fabric on the sides is a cheap mesh. So you have your normal band and a cheap mesh band (talk about not looking smoothing) I Tried to return the unused items, couldnt even get a response from the company.

If you're looking for quality, look elsewhere. This company sells junk. Also...shipping is a joke. Just a heads up.

Quality is very poor can’t get a hold of anyone to return or exchange the items they don’t answer their phones and it won’t let you request a return the website is always down and I sent a message about it and all I got was more ads! Ridiculous

In June I purchased 2 bras wore one found it to be uncomfortable so I returned 1. I have attempted for the last couple months to get my refund. They credited my account for $7.40 but refuses to refund the balance. Don’t believe their return policy. The policy states that credit will be given to the credit card it was purchased on. Now they want to credit me on PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account.
