The process with Felix Homes was very easy. We had a complicated issue with someone who was living at the house but our agent was able to work around that.

I will definitely use Felix Homes again over a standard agent it makes you wonder how the other agents warrant their price for literally the same if not lower service compared to Felix.

When we chose Felix Homes, we were a little hesitant as they were not your "typical" real estate company. Once we had our initial consultation our fears were quickly erased. Our agent was down to earth, quick to respond, and always provided us positive reassurance when we needed it. My wife and I have strong Type A personalities and in my opinion, can come across as a little needy. Our constant text messages and calls were answered with professionalism and grace. Selling a home can be a stressful experience. It's nice to work with someone that is genuine and relatable plus we also saved a lot of money in realtor fees. This has put us in a great position for the next home that we purchase.

We used Felix to buy our home. Everything went extremely smoothly plus the free moving service was awesome. Only thing is that Felix will only pay for the move itself…if you need the movers to pack anything then the moving company will charge you for that additional service. I still can’t complain since we got it for free plus there aren’t really any other realtors offering a free move.

Felix Homes not only helped us secure our dream home but they even provided a free moving service to help move all of our furniture from our apartment to our new home. We cannot recommend them enough.

Great service, specially for vets. That said, if you are looking to take advantage of their veteran program, we found out that you do need to buy your next home with them too. In our scenario, we were not going to be buying another home so we didn’t qualify for the program meaning we still had to pay the $3,500 listing fee when our home sold. Still a great deal though compared to how much other agents charge.

We bought our house using Felix. The process was pretty easy which was great because it was our first time. Our agent, brent helped show us how to get pre-approved for a mortgage and then showed us a bunch of homes that fit our budget. He even recommended looking at a different neighborhood than we originally considered. Once we found a home we liked, brent recommended a price we should offer and showed us what some of the other homes in the neighborhood recently sold for. Thanks again Brent!

Ive moved around quite a bit. Decided to buy my current house using Felix because I heard that theyll help me move for free. The move went smoothly and Felix did pay for most of it but if you are moving more than 50 miles, then you have to pay a little extra and also Felix doesnt pay for the packing or storage of your stuff, just the move itself&still a great perk!

I heard that Felix Homes would waive their fee if you’re a veteran so I decided to call them up to see if they still offer it. To my surprise, they do and they gave me a bunch of information about the program on the phone. I decided to list my condo with them a week later and in the end I saved about $12,000.

We bought our house using Brent from Felix Homes as our agent. The process went really smoothly. He helped show us homes on the market that fit our budget. Brent was always available when we wanted to take a tour of a home, even on the weekends and after work. The icing on the cake was the free moving service they provided which was so helpful.

We used Felix Homes to sell our house in Franklin. Before choosing Felix Homes, we interviewed a number of other agents but we decided on Felix mainly because of the difference in commission. The other agents wanted to charge us between 5%-6% but as far as we could tell, they didn’t offer anything different compared to Felix. I was very happy with the level of service we received and would definitely use them again in the future. In all honesty, I don’t know why someone would pay 6% to sell a home.

I decided to give Felix Homes a shot after my friend sold his house using them. They went above and beyond in making sure that we knew what was going on through the process. Since this was my first time ever selling a home, I really appreciated the ‘hand-holding’. Our agent Brent ended up getting us a couple offers in the first week after listing our home on the market but he actually recommended that we hold out for a higher offer. I’m glad we did because the following week we ended up getting an offer above our list price. If you selling your home in the Nashville area, I would highly recommend giving Felix Homes a chance.
