Other than accepting very limited counts of ID for a replacement sim/esim (passport and lisence only) there replacement sims however are express posted and arrive the next day!!!!

I wanted to purchase a phone plan

I wanted to purchase a phone plan. The website is pathetic. The whole experience was too hard, it keeps referring to contact us, sure HOW? No phone number, having entered my email, identified myself etc it referred me back to opening my account and as soon as I enter me email, it tells me that is in use, of course it is, it's me. All got too hard. I see they didn't waste time billing me even before the service was connected. I suspect that if one experienced a problem, it would stay that way because there is no way to contact them. How stupid is this, at one stage I am told on my desktop computer to "click on the link below" using my mobile phone. HOW???

super fast replacemnt sims

Other than accepting very limited counts of ID for a replacement sim/esim

Bad reputation and bad treatment of customers. Would not go with them they are known for ignoring you and closing chats using bots and overcharging slowing mobile internet

Safe yourself the headache and go with a different provider

Do yourself a favour and get a different provider. What a nightmare. I work with my phone and haven’t been able to work for the past 5 days. I’m changing provider but guess what? I have to wait 2 business days for them to do god knows what if I want to keep the same phone number. They have lovely people in the chat ready to help you I’m not sure with what since apparently they can’t even contact other teams. I’m not the kind of person to leave a review but the amount of stress this company has giving me goes beyond anything I have experienced before. I come from a 3rd world country and even for my standards this is beyond any other bad service I’ve ever had.

After a nightmarish marathon of communication that cost hours of my lifetime and ended in chaos I now have to realize that they are still deducting money from my german account - although I cancelled the service. Trying to solve that issue is an endless nightmare again. What a shame this firm is!

Terrible

Felix has terrible service, both data and customer. I've been with them for about 2 and a half years and I've repeatedly had issues with data cutting out. I've contacted their customer support a number of times and they just feed me the same script each time even though I have gone through their troubleshooting what feels like a thousand times. I also should not have to go through 5 troubleshooting steps and restart my phone daily to use a data plan I am paying for. Their customer service agents will say "I need to hop offline now" in the middle of a chat and make you wait to be connected to someone else. Their 'help' consists of telling you the same thing each time and then saying that you should probably just switch to another service.

Maybe they have changed

Personally my experience has been very good. I originally changed from Kogan after seeing the cheap prices and was convinced. Gave it a shot and loved it. Very suprised at the reviews here maybe i am lucky.

Just took me over an hour to watch a 22…

Just took me over an hour to watch a 22 minute YouTube clip as it buffers more than dial up did it unusable, use to be good and now after they put the price up there is no internet most of the day time to swap after 3 years as it's just useless now

The most abysmal customer service.
2 weeks now without network connection and the customer support team are super slow to respond and not helpful at all.

Absolute garbage international roaming service..next to useless the network at home is nothing to rave about apart from cheap... you pay peanuts you get monkeys.. will be dumping these clowns the moment I get back

Don't trust them

Don't trust them. Was offered $35 plan for as long as I stayed with them. Then they decided to charge $40 per month
Stay clear of this telco.

I have been waiting for 10 days since I…

I have been waiting for 10 days since I switched the number to their service, I could not use my number, and now keep waiting for another few days.

I can’t cancel now because if I do I will lose my number, I have to wait for the service up and running to do so.

Never experienced this before, not recommended.

Good Service

The unlimited data from Felix Mobile is great! Coverage is decent. the cost savings outweigh any coverage issues i have at my home.

Works perfectly for the first month

Works perfectly for the first month. After that 5g becomes unusably slow so you're forced to switch to LTE. You get speeds of about 15mb/s which is faster than 3g but slower than 4g.

The unlimited data deal was what…

The unlimited data deal was what attracted me to Felix. So far so good. There was one day where my data dropped out twice for about 10 minutes but other than that I have had no major problems. Activation was simple and fast. I am happy because Optus prepaid was going through $39 twice per month and Felix is only $40 once per month so that's pretty much half price and I like how they plant a tree every month I stay connected that is a nice touch.

Best Mobile Provider I've interacted with to date

Best Mobile Provider I've interacted with so far. When i needed help I messaged them on Facebook and they were always nice to talk to and were kind. Prices a lot better. Network has been good 4G has been about as good as any providers I've used (Telstra/Optus). 5G wasn't as good as my last provider Optus but my phone always drains so quickly so I keep it on 4G anyway. I've currently been with them for around 10-11 months. They gave me $20 for unlimited for the first 6 months then I moved to 25GB plan. Around 9 months in they gave me $5 off for 3 months I've never experienced this with any other Telco usually when I hear something about pricing it's about how their raising their prices like when I was with Optus.

Do NOT use!

All well and good, cheap plan while there is no issue. My phone got damaged, it's been a week tying to get my number back from Felix Mobile and just been told it will take another 4 business days. I had to submit ID 3 days, submit ID again 4 days, they came back asking if I want eSIM or physical (bare in mind I started the whole process asking for an eSIM) another 4 days. God knows how many more steps and extentions they will do. Noone in customer service can help, just keep apologising. I am logged out of everything, can't use maps, no bank cards, no access to my bank account, no messages.

It’s cheap for a reason

Please read the bad reviews before you consider switching here. The bad reviews are right. The price is low for a reason. There is absolutely no adequate customer service and technical support you can speak with. If you have issues with your service you are left in the lurch and not assisted. I left after putting up with two days of being unable to make calls after switching to Felix. There’s a reason other providers cost more… their technical support and customer service trumps these guys in spades.
