I was not asked many questions, I feel like she didnt really listen. Also the hidden fees are way too high.

I thought Everything about this company was great. They were nice and helpful but I never received my prescription just the vitamins and I paid for the monthly subscription plus vitamins and prescription medication I called to inquire about the meds but was told I’d have to schedule another telemedicine appointment and that would’ve cost another month’s fee I couldn’t afford to waste another $200 actually more than that.

My provider was very thorough both in asking me questions and explaining the treatment process. I feel heard and confident about my future health. I’m excited about getting back to living again instead of just existing!

Dr Duffy was fantastic. She went over everything with me, and answered all my questions. It is a breath of fresh air to be listened to.

I have been a patient with FemExcel for approximately three months, seeking help for fatigue, brain fog, and low energy related to an underactive thyroid. While my nurse practitioner appears knowledgeable about hormone replacement therapy and medication absorption, my experience overall has been frustrating and disappointing.
During the past three months, I have tried two different dosing approaches using what appears to be bioidentical thyroid medication containing T3. Unfortunately, both attempts resulted in significant side effects, including a rapid heart rate, anxiety, edginess, digestive upset, sleep disturbances, and headaches. Even after reducing the dose, the side effects persisted. As a result, I am now essentially back where I started—still struggling with fatigue and brain fog, but having spent three months testing medications that did not work for me.
One concern I have is whether FemExcel only offers bioidentical thyroid treatment options. After experiencing these side effects, I asked about alternative medications, including synthetic options that some patients tolerate better. I was told those options were not available. I am still unclear whether this is due to prescribing limitations or simply the clinic's treatment philosophy, but it has left me feeling that my choices are very limited.
My biggest concern, however, is the lack of continuity of care. This is the second time my nurse practitioner has been on vacation while I was actively dealing with medication side effects and trying to determine next steps. On both occasions, I was told to wait until her return rather than being transferred to another provider who could make treatment decisions. While there appears to be support available through assistants or third-party consultations, those interactions did not provide solutions and were not an adequate substitute when important medication decisions needed to be made.
What made this even more frustrating was that I was not notified in advance of my provider's absence. Instead, I learned after reaching out for help that she would be unavailable for the entire week. As a patient actively experiencing side effects, being told to wait another week without access to a provider felt discouraging and isolating.
At this point, after three months, I have seen no improvement in my symptoms and feel just as exhausted as when I began treatment. The slow pace of finding solutions, combined with the lack of provider coverage during absences, has left me feeling abandoned as a patient. I understand that finding the right medication can take time, especially for someone who may be sensitive to treatment, but I also understand that my case is not uncommon at all. I am here, available, and actively engaged in my care. Yet each time my provider is away, my treatment appears to come to a standstill. Waiting another week while dealing with significant side effects and unresolved symptoms is frustrating and, in my opinion, not an acceptable level of follow-up for a patient in active treatment.

I have asked for the refund and don’t feel that a Dr. can prescribe medicine without taking tests first.

I have been with other teledoc/HRT companies, and FemExcel blew all other companies out of the water! The Dr. was very knowledgeable, and was able to give me appropriate dosage/guidance! So far a great experience!

Dr. Brudie is the best; she was on top of everything during my appointment. They prescribed progesterone before the actual hormone blood test. They didn’t send the test kit, after notifying them takes almost another week before they send it, will be another week before it arrives, will think it will take another week before results, by then you will not be able to cancel once you find out your hormones are ok.

I have been with FemExcel for about a year and I honestly can say it has changed my life. My PCP and Gynecologist kept saying my hormone levels were normal and they would not prescribed HRT meds. I unfortunately had a hysterectomy when I was 25 & I have one ovary remaining. I turn 37 this month and when I first started with FemExcel I was skeptical due to my age and feared I wouldn't be listened to, but Paige was & still is absolutely amazing. As we suspected my Progesterone & Testosterone levels were SUPER low and so were some of my other levels. My original symptoms were severe hot flashes, weight gain, brain fog, zero energy, insomnia, and very very low libido. I can say all of those symptoms are gone and I could feel the difference within a matter of days. Going with this company has been one of the best decisions that I've made for myself! Paige also reccomend some OTC supplements that she said she tells all her patients about. Specifically DHEA & Omega3+D3 in which both have made a noticeable difference and are now an essential part of my regimen. I would reccomend FemExcel over any of the other companies out there and best of all, the monthly membership is much lower. Furthermore, the cost of my medications every 2 months is also affordable and doesn't break my bank account. 10/10 can not say enough great things about this company!

I called to stop medication because of a medical situation that happened due to medication received from fem excel and still no one has reached out to me to see what happened or if I was ok so my final review is they are supportive and kind to get you started but no requards after that , but they did cancel as I ask but they do not care about your well being

The discussion and subsequent treatment plan was tailored to meet my needs based on the information I had provided on the assessment. I finally feel like someone is listening to me and wasn't basing their responses on my insurance or western medicine. A very thorough explanation about the medications offered and their benefits. Highly recommend.
