Had a minor issue with some Fender strings I bought from my local guitar store. Wrote an inquiry to Fender and received a reply from Caesar Tapia. Caesar responded professionally and courteously and even offered to send out some replacements. Now that’s customer service! Thanks Caesar and FMIC! 👍🏼

During the 2026 Presidents Sale at Fender, I decided to order not one, but two of the discounted Vintera II basses: a 60’s Precision in Olympic White and a 70’s Telecaster Bass in Seafoam Green.
Immediately after ordering I had reached out to Fender Customer relations to see if lighter and more nicely figured necks could be shipped.
Upon receipt of the two instruments, I was beyond pleased! Both are light with wonderful neck figuring and played beautifully right out of the box!
The Precision reminds me of a CIJ 80’s Oly/rose that I got from Talkbass years ago and has long since left the stable. From playing Fender 5 string Precisions over the last ~10 years in church, the wider nut on this rosewood board is a dream to play. Lightweight, beautiful rosewood slab board and a pure creamy dreamy classic look and feel that makes her a joy to play!
I had previously owned CIJ ’51 and ’53 Sting re-issues that in hindsight, had regretted selling . When this Telecaster Bass popped up with the similar visual vibe at the price point, I had to go for her, and I am so glad I did! She’s downright beautifully sexy in Seafoam Green and I love the thicker front to back feel of the deep C neck profile Of course, the headstock shape is the total bomb. I just love the simple elegance of this instrument, and the non-sculpted slab body is a nice reminder to stay healthy in the abs area! One of the Youtube reviewers of this bass commented on how responsive the bass is to plucking hand placement, and I could not agree more!
The fit/finish on both instruments are excellent and very pleased with pulling the trigger on these.
I really can not keep my hands off these two beauties and bringing them into the family has inspired more practicing time!

I recently reached out to Fender Customer Support because I needed assistance with a Certificate of Authenticity for my 1954 Fender Stratocaster 50th Anniversary Masterbuilt limited release guitar. I honestly expected a long complicated corporate process, but the team absolutely knocked it out of the park. They walked me through exactly what documentation and photos I needed to provide, kept me updated on the status and resolved everything much faster than I anticipated. A new COA is on its way. A massive thank you to the Senior Consumer Relations Representative Nathan Jones for treating my issue with such care and concern. I also want to thank his team member Shane Farmer for outstanding customer service as well as Willy, Will, Kane, Joe, Madi and others. I am extremely proud to be a Fender guitar owner.

After 17 years of solid service my Fender jack cable stopped working. Fortunately I still had the original invoice. I emailed Fender and had a replacement cable within a few days, free of charge!

I wrote Fender about the very sweet sounding Princeton Recording tube Amplifier I recently acquired, which unfortunately did not have the four button foot switch which came with the amp when it was new. The only place anywhere that I could find that was selling one of these foot switches was a store in Canada, which does not ship to the US where I live. In response to my question about whether Fender had any other ideas where I might find one of these foot switches, customer service representative Kane Kitchen did an extensive search for me, finding a few stores which had sold the switch in the past, but no longer had them and also coming up with that store in Canada as the only place anywhere where one of the switches could now be found. Knowing that Fender was also not aware of any other switch available anywhere, and knowing that the Canadian store only had one, I went to greater lengths to find some way to purchase that one foot switch. Thank you, Kane!

When a local guitar shop decided to take a chisel to my Japanese Fender Jag 50s Vintage Reissue (note, these parts are impossible to find outside out Japan), Fender had my back. Bradley Shelton quickly got in touch with the fine folks at Fender Japan and had replacement parts shipped to me at no charge. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Fender's customer service, and moving forward, Fender will be my first choice for any equipment. Hats off to the phenoms at Fender support, and massive shout out to my man Bradley for being such an awesome guy.

I can’t think of any product or brand, where there isn’t a risk of the product or service experiencing an issue. Things happen. Few if any are infallible. So I have to say, Fender recently blew me away with their service and support on an issue I had with my amp. They totally exceeded my expectations demonstrating exactly why they’re a top brand.

So, I contacted Fender customer services in the UK to see if they could help me find a way to repair my Fender guitar case latch which had broken off and also to see if they could direct me to where I could get a replacement key for the locking latch.
I got a really prompt reply from Sam at Fender. Sam was able to direct me to links for places where I could obtain replacement latches online and was ever so apologetic that they didn't sell or supply them directly themselves. In terms of the keys for the lock, Sam took my details and posted me out a replacement with no charge. I could tell he'd have loved to have been able to supply the latch too. Excellent customer care even nearly 12 years after the sale of the instrument. Thank you Fender and thank you Sam 🙏🏻✨

I am an inventor of guitar designs and modifications. For this reason, my evaluation is from a professional point of view. As usual, Fenders willingness to satisfy and assist their customer base is nothing less than outstanding. Today I had to speak with Ceasar who was Above and Beyond all expectations. All at Fender have been incredible. Extremely easy to access them and always solves any issue needed. From a qualified professional point of view, I cannot give them anything less than A+. A few of the tuning keys on my Vintera Bass VI were extremely difficult to turn, and one had completely failed. Luckily it was still under warranty, and after contacting Consumer Relations about the issue, Will replied the same day (on a Sunday, no less!) and a set of replacement tuners arrived on Tuesday. The new tuners work great and I couldn't be happier. Big thanks to the Consumer Relations & Shipping Team for the incredible service!

After 6 years my fender reverb de luxe tone master suddenly broke down. The 2 year warrenty was expired. The store where i bought the amp could not or would not help me.
I contacted the Fender support team. After a evaluation they decided to repair the amp under warrenty. They even paid for the transport. The amp is in full working order again.
