From beginning to end of my Mum funeral planning to the service itself, Fenix did amazing.
I felt like my hand was taken and I was guided through everything that needed doing. Made a very sad time as stress free as possible. Melonie, Liz,Shirley and the guys on the day were absolutely amazing, so dignified, professional, personal and the level of empathy was next level. Id recommend Fenix to anybody unfortunate to be planning a funeral of a loved one. Thank you Fenix

From start to end everyone was empathetic, supportive and transparent.
They asked about my husband as a person and were very respectful in planning and suggesting that appropriate funeral. Nobody tried to sell us more services. Very respectful and responsibly priced service.

Fenix was always quick in their responses and acted very professionally at all times. Am so pleased with the funeral they helped me with which was memorable for all of us.

The Team helped us so much from the initial conversation with Melonie,passed down through Maria our Arranger and finishing with Grant our funeral director.

T, I wanted to thank you for all your support. From the very start you helped us feel at ease during a time that was extremely overwhelming and painful for us and the rest of the family. You regularly checked in with us and answered promptly to all the queries we had. This was very much appreciated, considering we had not planned a funeral before and were anxious about organising this for a person we loved and continue to love very dearly. Above all, you talked us through ways we could honour our loving and caring grandad. It was difficult for us to say goodbye to someone we loved and will continue to love, so thank you for making the process easier for us.

Father Anthony, thank you for a beautiful and heart-warming ceremony. Despite, English not being most of our family’s first language (and majority travelling from overseas), the ceremony was easy to understand, and the family were touched by how you spoke about grandad and his biggest passions: music and his football team. We all cried when you said he now has the best seat in the world (in a way it reassured me too that he would continue looking on us from above). Thank you for also taking time to get to know who grandad was and the family and allowing us to honour him with some cheerful music to remember all the good times we shared with him listening to such songs.

Finally, I would like to thank the rest of the team who treated grandad with so much care and respect.

The people we spoke too , were kind and genuine.
The people we came into contact with were very kind and gentle in there dealings.
All the proceeding went as planned and very smoothly.

My experience with Fenix was good.my first contact on the telephone with Melonie Johansson was so re-assuring that I decided right then to assigned Fenix to arranged my mother’s funeral.
Then Stephen Semple the funeral director continued with the arrangements. He was very compassionate, dedicated was excellent.
Stephen worked with me , guided me and listened to me and carried out my instructions.
My mother’s funeral was excellent.I would recommend Fenix .

Stephen, T and Liz were the dream team. From the very start they helped us to feel at ease in a situation that was overwhelming. Being able to contact them whenever a question surfaced was reassuring. Their regular check ins were authentic and made us feel seen and heard. Above all, they handled our loved one with so much respect that at times it felt as if they knew them personally. Stephen as celebrant was beyond compare. He made the service feel so warm and vibrant - just like our loved one. It was as though a family member was leading the service the connections were so solid. I cannot recommend them enough.

A single point of contact was appointed for the two funerals of mother in-law and father in-law in quick succession helpings us through every step of the way. The extra mile was nothing more than a natural course of duty for Lizzie. The journey was traumatic mentally but made better by the person touch of this lady who chased everything that wasn't done efficiently by other services.

Excellent service from Fenix Funerals arranged every funeral detail and updates were back to back with quick responses too. I would like to thank Maria as well she was amazing with every detail.

Wow Wow Wow! I had the pleasure of working with Therese from Fenix. What a warm, knowledgeable person who really went into my funeral planning wholeheartedly. Living in Florida and skillfully planning this to take place in UK was a testament to your expertise. She took the time to really understand who the decease was and who I was and worked to ensure the sendoff was everything and more.. Our conductor on the day was Reece. A very kind and organized person that lead a highly professional team. The communication from start to finish with Fenix was 100 percent amazing. Fenix Funerals made the process of planning a service as easy as possible with lots of care & compassion. Therese "T" Walker was always on hand to answer questions and help anyway she could and Stephen Semple was the perfect choice for our celebrant, he did such a good job. Overall, would really recommend Fenix for their personal touch and warm & caring approach.

As a Deaf person, they have been perfectly fantastic to me and they were there for me on my journey of grieving for my dearest Late George, and learning how to cope. Therese (T) was the most wonderful and kindest consultant with enthusiastic and sympathetic attention to detail. They provided to cover the sign language interpretation costs, I am so appreciative for this and the funeral structure was just impeccable. My dear late George got the best send-off with impressive songs and floral. Express gratitude to you, Fenix Funerals.
