A very helpful team of people. Very communicative and were willing to adjust their installation schedule to work around our business.
The building is in a conservation area and the Residence R9 windows look great.

Had 3 windows fitted and all I can say is an excellent company to use. From the initial visit right through to the installation. The whole team we dealt with were excellent and professional.

Yes- use them. I just needed to replace One big window. First class all through. It was a much more technical job than I realised. Their fitter team took immense care over all aspects of the work. Clean, tidy - really good.

I reached out to Fenster glazing to enquire about a couple of window/door mechanism issues and to ask for their opinion on sealing around a number of windows (we had a ladybird invasion!) Ben came to inspect and advised on how he could help, also noting a stiff door he could realign. They were extremely friendly, professional and clear about pricing and agreeing dates for the works and we are delighted with the end result. I had a serious problem because my window was stuck and I couldn't open it. luckily I had Ben's contact information. 20 minutes, windows open, lock replaced, lubricated, everything works!!! Fantastic!!!I recommend Ben to everyone.

Great fitting crew today! (Delivery by John was neat and tidy too!) Tom and Shane were polite, tidy and checked in with us about several details about the removal of the old sliding doors and the fitting of the new ones… Knowledgeable and helpful advice from them too about blending in brickwork colour differences!

Ben ,came in and in a short time has fixed the door was broken for many weeks, he has left everything tidy and clean and the door is working as it was a brand new door .

Fenster Glazing were great. They have completed my install today which was only a small job but they kept me updated throughout the process. I was always kept up-to-date. Unfortunately there was an issue with my glass prior to install but they contacted me and made sure I was aware as early as possible so that I wasn't waiting for an appointment. The email comms were spot on, the installer did a great job and the initial consultation was great too!

Fenster Glazing recently installed some Bi Folds in my garage conversion and from start to finish the job was exemplary. I particularly like the excellent Customer Service, whether it’s a phone call or an email. I have used Fenster Glazing for several years now.

I had a door which did not have see through glass. It was a closed panel and Fenster fitted a clear glass into the door and fitted some plastic pvc trim around the door frame to hide some horrible expanding foam and uneven bricks done by the previous house owner. The job is now complete and Fenster have done a first class job. It looks like a brand new door and now i get a lot more light coming in from the glass they fitted. Very pleased with the job.

Fantastic team and service.
Had some French Doors installed as well as the locks changed when moving into a new house. Awesome work at the time. Quick & no mess left, I was even able to keep the old doors to sell on.

The new door got a bit out of alignment and sticky/hard to open and lock 6 months later in the heat of Summer.
As soon as I let them know, Fenster Glazing came out to fix it within 2 days and while they were at it, made sure my other doors opened & closed silky smoothly as well! Now it's a breeze.
