I live in Milton Keynes, I contacted Fenster Glazing for an uPVC replacement door. From the beginning to the end, they conducted professional communication, from sales to the technicians coming to replace the door everything was perfect. I had a draught issue with my door and it is resolved now. I want to mention that I am also happy with the quality of the material of the door. I am hoping to have the same quality of service in the future if anything comes up—special thanks to Perry for dealing with everything.

Replaced a broken glass pane of our sliding doors. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. It was done promptly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Ben was the chap who came to fix our window that wouldn’t open. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived and was super polite, friendly and was very quick in fixing the problem … he also explained what had happened to the old lock! Really happy with the overall service . Thank you 😊

Second time we have used Fenster, several years apart, kept in touch all the way from first estimate, to checking everything was ok afterwards. And the fitting was tidy, timely and several days later seems tiptop.

I don’t normally post reviews here but I’m more than happy to give Fenster 5 stars. The fitters were very conscientious and tidy and did a great job with the the install. The company were super-helpful, even replacing a glass panel free of charge when I ordered clear glass rather than frosted / privacy glass, even though the mistake was mine. I think I have the best windows in the street, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Fenster.

From first talking to Edwin in the office through the service, fitting and aftercare this was all very efficient and well executed. The Company were very prompt in placing my order for a new door and side pane, new bathroom window and replacement glazing for some windows. Everyone was very courteous. Callum did a great job with the fitting and when I did encountered a problem Ben was very quick to come and sort this out. Great job all round - thanks guys. Would use again.

Picked up my message for a quote quickly. Ben came to do the quote on time and was very friendly
polite and knowledgeable. Ben rang before arriving to do the repair. He was on time and carried out the repair with efficiency and answered all my questions. A very nice man and a good job.

This one time I have to say a job well done! It has made the property look new, workmanship was first class very professional in their approach to the job and most of all their staff were very polite I’d deal with them again certainly recommend them

Second time using Fenster, Once again,excellent service. Very courteous, took off shoes on arrival both times, for quotation and fitting of replacement glazing to 3 older windows that had failed. Fitted promptly without trouble and left after clearing up and cleaning windows.
We would certainly recommend and use again. Excellent price as well.

We had some large patio doors installed recently and Fenster Glazing did a great job, so when my Father-in-Law’s front door window was broken by a passing lawn mower I did not hesitate to contact them. Once again, they provided a fast, friendly and efficient service at a good price. Ben came round and put a film over the crazed glass to hold it safe for a short period until the new window was ready to give peace of mind, and the window was replaced in no time. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Fenster Glazing have done several jobs for us since 2018 and the service has always been excellent. Staff are always friendly and helpful. In 2021 we had new windows fitted upstairs which were very pleased with. June 2023 I contacted them about a broken door handle and another door we were having trouble with in the hot weather. They booked me in for the following week and gave me a 2 hour slot to expect them so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Ben came out and had both doors fixed in no time. I have recommended Fenster Glazing to friends and family before and will continue to do so.
