Ho appena acquistato la happy befana ad un PREZZO a dir poco IMBARAZZANTE per quei 5 miseri pezzi Kinder , (1 kinder bueno,1 barrette kinder , 2 kinder cereali, 1 kinder card), che dire quest’anno è stato un vero flop ! gli altri anni costavano meno è all’interno c’erano più pezzi ,quest’anno è stato proprio vergognoso le sconsiglio non vale la pena..

Da sempre affezzionato al marchio, purtroppo l'azienda non considera i clienti e spiego il motivo; acquisto ad aprile una confezione di ovetti e scopro che fa parte di un lotto richiamati per salmonella. Contatto il servizio clienti, mi dicono che riceverò per posta una busta per la restituzione degli ovetti. Ad oggi Dicembre non ho ricevuto niente, gli ovetti sono ancora qui, bravi. Basta prodotti kinder

My mum bought me a kinder advent calendar and I didn’t get any chocolate in 5 of my doors I’m that upset I cried

I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed several times and after each occasion told a voucher will be sent within 28 days. Nothing received. I haven't received a response to my latest email at the start of this month.

I don't know who to escalate this. Customer service on this matter leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Calendario dell'avvento casina Kinder costo 9,90€ prodotti interni miseri e per il prezzo non se ne valgono certo la pena! Praticamente solo Schoko bon è ovetti piccolini 🤦🏻‍♀️ sconsigliato

Ho acquistato il calendario dell'avvento Kinder "Chico + biscuits" e all' apertura della casella numero 2 non c'era niente.
In più la casella era sigillata, e quindi nessuno avrebbe potuto aprirla.
Rimasto molto deluso.

Diabolical like so many other people we are still waiting to get our money back from the recall. I have emailed countless times and even got the CEO's email address. Still not heard anything, I think this says it all, will never purchase anything from this company again!

Tres decu egalement .Ils ont perdu les dossiers de remboursement. Mon dossier a ete validé en avril et j’avais recu le mail de confirmation. Aujourdhui on me dit qu ils n’ont aucune trace du dossier! Une cliente de perdue pour votre manque de serieux. Je n’ai plus confiance en kinder

Well like so many other customers, it's been 6 months since Ferrero recalled certain Kinder products, and I am STILL waiting on a refund for the chocolate that I bought. 6 long months!!

I have contacted Ferrero UK SIX times now, and have only had one response in that time. They claim that they will provide a refund, but nothing ever transpires.

I am frankly disgusted with the complete lack of communication and appalling customer service. These chocolates were recalled because of a salmonella scare - Ferrero should be doing their utmost to make amends and correct the damage to their now non-existent reputation.

I will never buy another Kinder product again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

was promised choc bundle and a voucher recorded delivery asked 22 times nothing sent no trcking nothing also rang 8 times still nothing been going on since april 2022 shocking will never buy again from them .........

Should be no stars as no refund received after 6 months of waiting. Emailed them and provided details requested but no response except automated ones. Would never buy from them again. Do they not realise the impact on their company by not refunding the items and not giving any customer service?

J ai adoré Kinder. C était avant. J ai mangé leurs chocolats empoisonnés à Noël et à paques. Je n en consomme plus. En tant que consommateur nous sommes acteurs de la réussite d une société.

Toujours en attente de mon bon d'achat depuis Avril, service consommateurs incompétent qui sont complètement perdu, mon dossier a été validé mais aucune nouvelle du bon d'achat, je ne compte même plus le nombre d'appel au service consommateurs qui ne change absolument rien a chaque fois, très déçu de cette société que je vais boycotter a l'avenir par manque de confiance en elle.

Expected more professionalism from a big well known company

I would give zero stars if possible. I contacted company after hearing about recall of products as we bought some jkinder eggs. I was promised voucher within 28 days. Why it should take 28 days? Royal mail takes 7 days max to deliver. But never mind, I was willing to wait. Nothing came. I called them second time and same thing happened. Called third time and was advised to raise the complaint over the email. That was 3 days ago. I just read all these reviews and understand that I can just forget the refund as there are so many like me, so many that this story was even published in the Sun newspapers. What a shame and disgrace for Ferrero. I thought well of Ferrero before but not anymore.

Disgusting customer service. Contacted them four months ago about recalled Kinder eggs. Despite giving them my address several times as requested and promise of vouchers within 28 days, NOTHING!

Absolutely shocking customer service. I contacted them following the recall for their Easter products, they offered me a voucher to which I said no and requested a full refund (as per my statutory right). They sent me an email confirming that the voucher had been sent but I never gave them my address!! I’ve made several attempts at contacting them since and I’ve had no reply. It’s disgusting. They’ve basically stolen money from me. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service and will never buy from them again.
