I’m 39 and had IVF with my own eggs and PGT-A testing at FertilityPort. From the very first consultation, the team made me feel supported and informed. The coordinators were outstanding — kind, well-organized, and quick to answer every question I had. My treatment plan was clear, the communication was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I’m now 6 weeks pregnant from my very first IVF cycle, and I couldn’t be happier. I truly recommend FertilityPort to anyone considering fertility treatment.

My partner and I were denied NHS funding and chose to go abroad for fertility treatment. We decided on Czech Republic due to ease of travel and costs.

Following our consultation with Dr Polášková, we knew we'd be in safe hands. Dr Polášková's advice matched advice we received from a private clinic in the UK, so I knew it wasn't about getting more money but providing us with the best outcome.

We've been incredibly luckily and I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant following our first transfer. I can't thank the staff at FertilityPort enough. They were incredibly supportive throughout our journey and have become like family to us over the five months we were receiving treatment. This includes stimulation, egg retrieval, ERA and immunology biopsy and transfer.

We have another embryo "on ice" and I look forward to going back for a sibling for our baby.

After a traumatic experience due to crazy Greek regulations in Greece where we started our IVF adventure we had to leave our frozen embryos behind and restart a new adventure in Prague .
I was a bit sceptic because the clinic had not that much reviews .. but they were the only ones with super fast and super patience support . Feeling like a woman and not a number . So we went for it !
I sufffered a lot of stres and worried about a lot of things , from signing contracts till getting disappointed again on the last moment , but Milica fully calmed me down all the time .
She was incredibly patience and always responded very fast . It was so great .
After we shipped my partner sperm from Greece to Fertility Port everything got started .
They created 5(!) high quality embryos.
Dr Vlcek for me is a miracle doctor .
I was very nervous for pain but he was so super friendly , patience and when I thought he didn’t start yet …. Our little baby was already inside !
I got pregnant at the 1st attempt 🥳
Now I am 16 weeks pregnant of a healthy baby boy 🩵🩵
We feel incredibly blessed.
And so thankful and happy that we have chosen this clinic .
The clinic itself was a calm place .
Not stuffed full of people .
It was a great experience ♥️

I am still very early in my pregnancy (after 1st try) but I could not wait to give FP review!

After 2 years of struggle and baby loss I've been sent to Fertility Port - they diagnosed me quickly with 3 different conditions (endometriosis, PCOS, chromosomal abnormality) that were preventing me and my husband from getting our dream baby.

Dr Petra Polášková is an absolute angel, she is knowledgeable, straight to the point, she makes a clear plan and gives you hope for what you would think it'd be impossible.

The whole process is obviously tough on each and every patient but the FP Staff is making it much more bearable.

Thanks to Doctors, Coordinators, Nurses and Receptionist - you are all amazing people that change lives and help creating new ones :)

Asked several times nicely to be refunded as I can no longer travel abroad for treatment. They've had 4k of my money for several years to honour and hold in place a special offer (which is no longer available to me either) and been earning interest off my money....that's fine but sadly cannot travel as I'm now a full time carer, Covid changed a lot of things and now need to seek treatment at home even 8f it costs more, but I do need my funds back. Suddenly no reply! So disappointed as by all accounts this clinic was supposed to be wonderful ☹️

What a life changing experience! I was very well treated during the entire experience of my IVF treatment and throughout the first trimester of my pregnancy! First of all, a big thank you to Veronika from Praga Medica for organizing our meeting with the doctor online, offering to help with our stay in Prague, sending the driver to the airport to pick us up and finding my lovely coordinator Pavla at Fertility Port. Pavla has guided me through the journey with kindness and patience, answering the emails and all my concernes even outside of work hours. The whole team was very nice, willing to make all the efforts to ensure l was not stressed, l received all medication on time and all the answers to my emails. We felt like we were among friends. The IVF itself was very easy, fast and painfree, the doctor was clearly very experienced and he explained nicely every step.
The city is also beautiful and affordable.

We had a very good experience with fertility port. Before we decided for a treatment at this clinic we contacted and even visited a few others, but the communication, response speed and clarity regarding procedures and costs at Fertility Port was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctor was honest and professional, and we succeeded at the first transfer. Our coordinator changed during the treatment and I was a bit concerned if it won't affect the communication, but the transition went smooth and unproblematic for us. Currently, I am in 28th week of pregnancy and two good quality embryos are still waiting for us in Prague.
The clinic being located in the picturesque Prague is another bonus.

Amazing Treatment
We made the decision to travel to Prague, for IVF after 5 failed attempts with a well known, private fertility clinic in Manchester. We noticed a big difference in the level support offered to us, most noticeably the help offered during the treatment, as well as the aftercare.

The therapy plan, that was created by Praga Medica, was much more thorough, compared to UK and the medication was easy to arrange and was quickly delivered to the home in UK. I found it a far more comprehensive drug treatment plan, with Praga Medica, compared to uk, which seemed quite basic in comparison (no anti rejection drugs in UK)

This coupled with the fact that Prague is a beautiful, relaxed city, made the whole experience, less clinical and more of a relaxing vacation. I am convinced, the combination of amazing treatment and a relaxing stay, has resulted in a successful pregnancy. The team were able to arrange travel to and from the airport as well as assist in accommodation, which made life less stressful.
