would like to share some positive feedback about Kareem at Fettle Finsbury Park. He was extremely friendly, professional and approachable, and he provided outstanding service when I had an issue with my VanMoof S3.
Kareem took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was properly handled. His attitude and customer care really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers.

Brilliant service by Finsbury Park team, they picked up and fixed my bike which had been broken by an independent shop which was nothing to do with Fettle. Great service and communication. Recommend very highly.

Got puncture on Brompton bike. Called lots of bike shops nobody would see me until next week, remembered Fettle who had helped me before. They said they will see me on the spot and I had my bike returned fully functional in 30 minutes. Excellent standard of service Heidi recommended
