DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS. RETURN POLICY IS FAKE. My desk arrived poorly shipped with multiple pieces. I am trying to return it and they refuse to honor their return policy and told me to try to sell the desk instead of refunding me. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM.

Useless customer service.

Poor solutions to an undelivered item, they use Yodel who are notiorious for being bad at delivering. They just told me to keep waiting and offer a paltry £10 comp for pretty huge inconvenience.

The service is bad but the uncaring attitude really makes the experience all that more frustrating.

I purchased this for my husband as the desk he previously had took up too much space for him. He love this one.

I got contacted by someone representing this company. They were interested in my freelance services but wanted me to work for them free of charge. When I told them how much the work would actually cost, they responded with a laughing emoji (very unprofessional) and said I should do the work for free. I have not yet seen a reputable and respectable company behaving this way. The employee who contacted me sounded like a scammer. Based on this experience, I would not support this company with my hard-earned money.

This motor for this desk lasted just over 2 years.
Then the error messages started showing up occasionally then more often THEN the malfunctions started daily. the desk would crank to a to a full tilt where 1/2 of the desk was elevated & the other 1/2 wouldn't function & all the items come crashing to the floor off including beverage, laptop, pens, monitor, etc.
This chaos has happened 5 times while waiting for a reply from their customer service department (over the past 3 months) & NO reply.
This was a decent desk WHEN it worked but is a heap of landfill junk once the motor goes out as they do not sell the motor replacement parts anymore!
Yes, after e-mails & calls to non-working numbers over many months, I was finally able to reach a representative at "Fezibo" who was not helpful other than to say that they "do not support this product anymore".

A company that doesn't support its products with replacement parts within 2.5 years of purchase is not to be trusted. I wasn't looking for them to fulfill a warranty rather so that I could simply purchase a new motor.
Plus the cheap metal keyboard tray cuts your thighs when the desk is at the lowest setting AND I had to get out the wrench & screwdrivers every 6 months for the not quite 3 years that I've had the desk & it squeaks & wobbles with normal use.

After spending hours assembling the Fezibo desk, because it had multiple drawers, it was revealed that the pre-installed slides for the drawers were installed wrong. Therefore none of the 3 front drawers opened or closed properly and had very weird gaps around them because they did not seat properly in the space. Additionally one of the drawer fronts was a very different color from the rest of the desk.

None of these deficiencies were evident until the desk was completely assembled. I reached out to customer service to return the defective and damaged desk and after going back and forth for weeks, they still refuse to provide me with a return authorization.

Instead they offered to send more parts, to provide a $15 credit to keep the damaged desk with unusable drawers, etc etc but flat out refused to honor their "easy" return policy because the desk was already assembled. I told them I would take the desk apart to return but they still are refusing to honor their return policy on their website!

Beyond unhappy at the waste of time and money!!

So I took my chance and bought a desk through an auction site.When I got the brawnd new desk, I found it was damaged. Almost every piece of teh desktop was broken during shipping. No big deal, I am making a new desktop anyway.
My issue is that the contro;l box for the the 3 legs of the desk to operate was damaged. I thought oh well, I can go to website and see if I can get a replacement. # weeks later and nothing. Customer Service keeps giving me the run around.
I went to the website and I placed an online order for the replacement. On the webite when I place the order on 7/14/23 the item showed in stock. as of today it shows in stock. I have placed the order and I paid for my order but it has not been sent out.It was laced on hold by the customer service rep that I had been corresponding with . There is no reason this can't be sent to me as the item shows instock on their website. At this point I am jsut going to have to junk it. Fezibo cusrtomer service has fought me every step of the way trying to get ther replacement control box. They even stooped so low as to take my money, which I am now condiering it theft and mail fraud. Which I plan on filling a complaint with the proper authorities.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a 1,40m desk. Two days later I have received an answer saying my order needed to be canceled as they can’t ship the item. No idea why you would offer a product in an online shop which can’t be shipped.
By the way, I have ordered even a bigger table at a different store where this was no problem.

Shipping was fast, arrived intact, assembly instructions were good. The screws are labeled W,X,Y on the instructions manual but not on the bags but the first page indicates which screws correspond with each letter. A minor inconvenience but overall great service and delivery overall.
