Great market research company to work with
As expected, the research was very well organised by FG Connect. I was given frequent calls and emails outlining the research criteria from the project manager.
The focus group discussion was interesting. I also enjoyed spending time with a wide spectrum of people and listening to their options. The payment incentive was organised and processed very quickly afterwards.
FG Connect have certainly made an impact and strong impression within the market research world.
They are highly recommended and I look forward to working with them again. Thank you.

Market research made simple …
I took part in Market Research delivered by FG Connect on behalf of ONS and found the whole process very straightforward from start to finish. I was able to register my participation quickly and easily online. I also took part in the interview at a date and time that worked around my busy schedule. I really value the importance of customer research in my own role.
It was nice to be able to contribute to the research process.
The interviewer was professional and friendly- explained the purpose and format for the data collection and it was completed quickly annd easily.
I got my gift voucher email for participating around a week later.
Would encourage everyone who has the opportunity to take part.
A positive and worthwhile experience
