My before during, and after care was phenomenal. Although my daughter traveled to care for me from a different country, her travel needs were cared for as well. Ferit took care of our travel, accommodations and hospital needs. The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing, the hospital care was top-notch, and the food there was awesome and my daughter didn’t have to worry about a thing. He took a shopping and out to eat, and he was a wonderful host and a supportive patient advocate. My before and after pictures are amazing and I’m so thankful.

I am 2.5 weeks post op. I've had an amazing experience with Fibemed. I was originally asked for photos and what i thought ibneeded, which were then reviewed by Prof Aycan. Ferit, arranged literally everything from start to finish, I am amazed at my results. I have a better to shape to my body and have so far got absolutely amazing results which was enhanced by an absolutely fantastic experience. I was on my own, checked on frequently and had so much help from Fibemed team.
The hospital was amazing, the cleanest I've ever been in, the hotel was the same. The staff in both places I found really helpful and everything I asked for was done.
I was picked up from the airport and dropped off in time for my flights. Ant questions now I'm home, I'm literally a video call away from Ferit, who will talk to the Prof if required. The care honestly hasn't stopped now I'm home.
Would I do it again with Fibemed? Absolutely without doubt, they've really helped me to make a massive change to my body which will continue to have massive and positive impacts on my life. My confidence has already grown.

I had my surgery 5th Jan 2023, I am speaking out now due to how bad my results are, I was advised to wait 8 months until swelling subsided, i look worse than i did before i went and really trusted their medical advice.

I paid additional £1000 for an implant that i didn't get, Ferit would not refund this as he claimed the surgeon worked longer on my boobs - even though this was the original plan. I asked for the money back and he said he will calculate a debt of £4500 because surgery took longer and the uplift was more detailed - I got what i was originally booked in for but i panicked a few days before and added an implant for £1500 (i paid £1000 and was paying the other £500 after surgery when i got paid), when I seen the surgeon, for no more that ten minutes before surgery for consultation - Aycan, he advised me that i could have a lift without using implant - i have evidence that this was promised at the start when i booked.

Ferit has threatened me with lawyers and said that he is calculating a debt and i have to pay £4500 before i speak out, i have now been told that i am going to receive legal documents for slander and a debt.

I was alone and discharged to the hotel without anyone checking on me or access to a nurse, for four days until i had to go for final check up.

Ferit (owner and coordinator) and Nikki (their sales rep) they are both working together. Ferit shared details of my surgery with Nikki whilst I was there, MASSIVE breach of client confidentiality. Nikki knew I had a reduction whilst i was in surgery before i knew!

Please be mindful that it is hard to find negative reviews on the biggest Turkish surgery support group as Ferit is the ADMIN and instantly removes and blocks anyone who speaks negative about Fibemed. SHOCK!

I look alot worse now than I did before I went for surgery, my confidence is at an all time low as i really expected this surgery to change my life and give me some confidence back, i've never felt so low.

I have been called a maniac, and told i needed psychological support for being unhappy with my results. Ferit is now informing people online that I ran away without paying £3500. I have a signed copy of my contract, paid IN FULL £6500 and was also escorted to the airport by Fibemed. I have also been offered revision for £1800 (which i cant afford and why should i have to pay again for their mistake?) - Not bad for someone who ran away without paying?

Also if considering surgery with this company - you are now required to sign a document to say that you are unable to slander or speak bad of Fibemed if not happy with results, if you don't sign, surgery wont go ahead ! People are being silenced, if you was that confident in offering a fantastic service, why would this document even exist ?

Nikki has now changed her name on the survey support group, claiming it’s her sister. I have also been threatened with law suits, refused to hand over my medical and surgery information and this post was flagged by Fibemed but still showing as all I have said is the truth! Please message me before you consider using this awful company

Update - 13.02.2025 Please ignore the response from this awful company, I have many many messages all from pre and post procedure, I have messages of you offering for me to come back free on charge through another patient and then saying I would have to sign a document that I would not tell anyone you had offered or done this treatment.

With regards to the breasts, I got what I originally booked in for (messages to prove this)

I then received anonymous messages telling me that I had a warrant out for my arrest when travelling to Turkey with my son on holiday

PLEASE DO NOT INSULT ME AND CALL ME A LIAR, I HAD REVISION ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT HAVE A BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THE SURGEON
and as for telling me to speak, Fibemed blocked me on all social media and the surgeon did not respond to many of my emails!!

Do you really want to start this up again ??

PMSL 😂 So I contacted the hotel in the middle of the night to say I had no electricity? But hadn’t put the key in ? What did I do the whole day where I was unable to move 😂 get up and take the key out ?
With regards to being happy ? You have to be joking, I have a whole file with conversations and concerns, including images and messages where a lymphatic massage specialist informed me that I had poor procedure and this was 6 weeks upon my return to England, I contacted you and you advised me that I must wait for 6 months. I'm 11 days post op so still have a way to go in terms of seeing my full results, but so far I'm pleased.

I was met at the airport by Ferit and taken straight to the hospital due to it being so late, where my blood tests and observations began. The nurses at the hospital are attentive and although very few speak English, they communicated via Google translate to ensure I understood everything.

Prof Aycan was lovely, very knowledgeable and operates on the edge of caution, rather than aggressively which I was happy about. He took the time to explain everything and came to see me several times after my surgery.

I stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel which was nice and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fab! I had one small issue after checking in which was resolved, and both Ferit and Alperen were contacting me throughout my stay.

I would recommend Fibemed to anyone considering visiting Turkey for surgery.

I am so happy that I used Fibemed healthcare as the coordinating healthcare company to orchestrate my surgery, doctor’s appointments, and anything else that needed to be done. I couldn’t have done it on my own especially alone. When I decided on Fibemed as my healthcare coordinator and I told them everything I wanted and also told them I’m extremely picky and only wanted the best doctor. They chose a professor doctor for me that was a perfect match to my expectations. Which all their doctors are outstanding Professors. He was amazing. Trust me you only want a professor doctor working on your body as they are the highest standard of doctor you can get in Turkey. Before I found Fibemed I put money down on a doctor I thought was good. I paid $2000 down then all these bad things started to come up about him. I decided I didn’t want him working on my body and taking a risk of a botched job. So I researched more and found Fibemed Healthcare. I lost my deposit from the other doctor but I don’t regret moving to Fibemed at all. I feel lucky I found them. I just showed up and they did the rest for me. I traveled all by myself and I felt so safe with them. I will certainly have more work done in the future and will most definitely go with Fibemed again. Thank you Fibemed for all your patience with me.

Had a very positive experience. Alperen helped with everything there was to help with, and provided me much support during my stay. He arranged for a very experienced surgeon who deals with lipedema to treat me, and I was treated with the utmost respect at all times. The hospitals that are used are beautiful.

Went to fibemed for breast lift + implants and rhinoplasty, had such an incredible experience and fantastic aftercare even when I returned to the UK, my surgery has went fantastic, I had Professor Aycan preform my surgeries and I couldn’t be happier.
Special thanks to Ferit Fidan who assisted me in the months before I came to turkey, was my chaperone and always On call for any questions I had, I came alone to turkey so ferit took me out to be a tourist and was always there for support when needed. I am currently 1 week post op with fibemed. I cannot recommend them enough! Not only am I incredibly happy with my results, the whole process was nothing short of amazing. My husband came with me and they really looked after him too.

I am aware that being only 1w post op I can’t comment on my final results or my recovery but I am incredibly happy with how my results are so far. I had a mummy make over, consisting of Breast uplift, implants, tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo.

My surgeon was professor aycan, and my coordinator was Alperen. I cannot recommend either of these 2 men enough.

Prof Aycan is a magician, it’s been a week and I can already see how neat and fine my scars are. He answered every single question I had (all 8676 of them haha!) And he definitely made me feel safe and comfortable.

Alperen is my hero. Nothing was too much trouble, he was with me every step of the way, and he made sure I did not want for anything. He arranged my airport - hospital - hotel - hospital transfers with a vip transfer company, they were amazing. (so clean, friendly drivers and looked amazing! We felt like celebrities!) and anything outside of that he would come and pick me up himself.
I felt very good towards the last few days of my stay so I asked Alperen, where he would recommend for a sight seeing adventure and not only did he recommend somewhere, he came, picked us up, took us there and then we went for the most amazing Turkish kebabs after. His customer service is unbeatable, I am forever grateful for the kindness and patience of this man.

The hospital is incredible. It looks like a 5 star hotel, it is so clean and the nurses are absolutely amazing. Every single one of them went above and beyond to help me be we comfortable and as pain free as possible. Sumeyra and Fatima were extra special to me and I’m so thankful to have had 2 women so caring and knowledgeable helping me to recover.

I am truly grateful to fibemed for not only giving me my life back and a body that I love and feel comfortable in, but for giving me an incredible week of memories also. I will be eternally grateful and if I was to want any further surgery I would not even consider going anywhere else!

Before writing this review I have been threatened with lawyers by Ferit and told I’ll be given a high fee through the courts if I go ahead and write this review. I can state this review is based on my genuine experience in Ankara and nothing here is false or a lie. You can contact me on Facebook also for screenshots of proof.

I had surgery 2 weeks ago. BBL and liposuction, I was quoted £9700.

I don’t look any different, my hips are still square. I also have incision marks on my thighs and vagina, however I didn’t ask for fat to be removed from here, I wanted the main focus to be my belly, arms & upper back. 5 litres of fat was removed from all over my body instead of just the areas I asked for , which has made no difference in the way I now look.

Only 500cc was put in my bum, nothing in my hips for the large shape I already was there was definitely more then enough fat to put into my hips, but this wasn’t done.

Before coming to turkey I asked Ferit the coordinator if I needed insurance or anything to cover any unexpected costs, he said this wasn’t needed and that they was insured. After my operation I required a blood transfusion. 2 days later Ferit told me it was £500 for the blood that I was to transfer to his bank account. No proof of this was made , no receipt, no invoice, no doctors or nurses mentioned it would be costing me anything either so I still don’t know whether that was the true price.

My surgery no way was worth £9700 , this is the same price i was quoted in the uk, but I thought for this extreme price, I would receive very good results; I was wrong. If you look at the doctors websites that work with them, the prices are WAY CHEAPER (£4000 my operation would of been maximum) I would of saved over half the money if I had of just booked directly with the doctor himself, instead of fibemed who only provide transport and a hotel which you can provide yourself aswell (isn’t hard to just book a hotel online)

Once you’re in the hotel, no nurses come by and check on your bloods or anything like other companies, you are on your own once discharged from hospital. No massages are done either, even once I requested for one, I still didn’t get one.

Due to no nurses coming to check on me, my mum decided to fly out for the last 3 nights to take care of me and keep an eye on me. Ferit then tried to charge me £300 for this , even though the hotel was £78 a night for 2 people with breakfast included and the price stayed the same for 1 person aswell. He made out that the nightly price was £145 a night, he doubles the price and keeps the extra for himself.

I also required another garment whilst in the hotel as I was still wearing the one from the hospital and it wasn’t clean anymore. It took 3 days for me to receive this garment and I was charged £240 for it. It’s half the price online from the website packaging it came on, once again, ferit takes advantage of you feeling horrible and wants your money.

Another red flag is you have to bring cash to turkey , you cannot pay for your operation by card or bank transfer as they want to avoid paying taxes. For the high price you charge, you sure would think you would pay your taxes. Bringing a large sum cash to turkey is very risky as you can lose your money at any point!

Ferit also asked me whilst I was in turkey that every future client that I referred to fibemed, I would receive £5000 commission. This just goes to show everyone on the Facebook group that brags about fibemed just wants their commission money.

I have been blocked from the Facebook group ‘support group for turkey’ due to messaging other girls and telling them about my experience. As I said I haven’t said one false accusation, so why block me ? Because you know the truth is bad.

Also, after surgery you are told to sit on your bum, even though the most professional doctors in the world clearly state putting any pressure on your bum can affect the results as the fat cells will not survive.

update from fibemeds reply: i stand by everything i’ve claimed. My bikini pictures are from surgery i’ve had elsewhere after your atrocious company that done nothing to my figure! The place i went to elsewhere done amazing results and if anyone wants to know where i went to please feel free to message me!

Also, the post op care companies that i went to in london have never even heard of your company. They was very upset for me at my results!

I booked to go with Fibemed due to canceling with another clinic. Everything seemed perfect up until I had the surgery.
I paid for a BBL, lipo, muscle repair and a tummy tuck.
When I came round it was evident I'd not had a full BBL.. I'd had fat injected into my hip dips and my lower back so I now have a shelf and a complete flat bum.
I felt very unwell as soon as I got out of surgery and almost passed out a few times, my BP was very low in hospital but nothing was being done about it.
Back in the hotel I messaged a lot saying I was pale and dizzy and felt very sick, I had to ask for iron tablets. I was given 8.. not even a full pack. No nurses came to the hotel to check on me after, luckily I took my husband but a lot of people travel alone which is worrying.
When I got back to the UK I felt even worse and had to Phone 999 I was taken straight to hospital and given a CT scan to check for internal bleeding. My bloods were done and my hemoglobin levels were at 50 they should be a minimum of 120.
I had to have three transfusion and spend three days in hospital. I have to have a follow up app this week to check to see if I need another transfusion as I'm still very tired and dizzy. When messaging to tell them I was poorly, I was brushed off and told to choose my words wisely.

I've been blocked from the FB page, I was blocked after one comment about my transfusions. Fibemed tell people to recommend them to get money off treatments, and they block people that want to complain about them.

This is my 2nd review. I had a Tummy Tuck and 360 lipo 14 weeks ago, all went great except I did develop a seroma ( pretty common). Doctors in the UK drained it twice but it needed to be addressed surgically. I informed Fibemed and flew out 7 days later. All sorted, same amazing surgeon and fantastic support as always from the Fibemed team.

I spent months at looking for the right company to go with and i finally picked Fibemed, i wasnt wrong.
Ferit was approachable and on hand constantly any day i wanted to know something or needed help from before booking and it continues today, the work of Aycan (the surgeon) is exceptional and i am delighted i picked Fibemed,
From Ferit picking us up in VIP car and to several outings to and from airport, hospital, hotel, Aycans office, the shopping mall. The hospital was immaculate, nurses were amazing, thier care is at such a high standard, Aycan really listened to what i wanted how i wanted my breasts to sit, how i wanted the hour glass figure, i already had a small waist and it was really important i kept this shape. The hotel was also spotless and staff amazing also, Ferit went out his way and found a shop that sold beers and brought them to my husband at the hotel, he spent a day with him and went to and irish pub to watch the old firm game, he honestly couldn't have done enough, the continuous contact i had through Ferit to Aycan, i seen Aycan 5 times out the 7 days i was there, Aycan just checking everything and i was recovering well to which it was, also any questions ive had i asked ferit and he connected Aycan and came back with answer pretty quickly, they really do care for us and want the best for us. Even now I'm home. Ferit messages asking how i am and on a few occasions where I've had little panics of if this is ok and that is ok all i did was message Ferit and he would contact Aycan and would come back with the answer. Although i didnt see/speak to Alpheren much, he was just as pleasant and kind as Ferit and Aycan, i dont plan on future surgery but of i change my mind i definitely would go back to Fibemed, i 100% recommend Fibemed to everyone.

I had a tummy tuck including lipo and muscle repair through Fibemed Healthcare.
Words cannot explain how happy I am with my results but more so the level of care that I received since the very beginning when I started planning my trip and operation. Dr Aycan is a gentleman, extremely professional and had only my interests at heart, advising me that certain things I wanted done, I couldn't achieve for the benefit of my health. His honestly was completely respected. Furthermore, I would like to thank Ferit for his outstanding support and professionalism throughout the whole process. He is very conscientious and is truly motivated to provide the best experience for you during your stay. This has made the trip very comfortable and put us at ease the moment we got off the plane. The hospital was immaculate, the staff very caring, the level of English brilliant with on site translators. As the private Acibadem hospital is government backed this again provided high standards which put my mind at ease. Overall, the whole experience has been excellent and I truly feel I would not have got better anywhere else or in the UK. I would throughly recommend Fibemed for a flawless experience.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to have chosen an honest, reliable, friendly, hygienic hospital. I felt in very good hands.

The hospital itself was immaculate. I saw the surgeon numerous times and he actually talked me out of surgery that would be no benefit to me (arm lift) for that I was very grateful.

The transfers to hospital, hotel, airport were all flawless and on time and very well organised.

The procedure itself went well, I am home and delighted with my results. (Thigh lift and breast lift)

I can only say positive things about Fibemed. Its a daunting prospect looking for a surgeon abroad but I think, personally, we chose the best. My sister also had surgery with them, TT 360 and muscle repair, and her results are incredible.

I would definitely return if I were to have surgery in the future. The level of care we experienced was beyond our expectations.

6 months post op MMO with Fibemed Healthcare and they excelled all expectations. From initial contact to the end of my journey, Ferit Fidan was both caring and professional. The surgery was fantastic with a very experienced Professor, the private hospital like a 5* hotel, the aftercare was daily checks and every day were calls to see how I was. On return flight he even arranged all airport assistance for the whole way back to & including the UK. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone interested in plastic surgery, hair transplants, teeth treatments or any surgery you may be considering. I used Fibemed for my hair transplant and vaneers, the results are fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking, Ferit Fidan was excellent and very knowledgeable, all the nurses the professor and dentist were highly skilled.
