My dog passed away last year and I couldn’t think of him or see a picture without crying. I felt ready 16 months later when I ordered his portrait. I couldn’t be happier. It is a great representation of him! I’ve also just moved and hung the portrait someplace where I will see it day and night. I couldn’t be any happier that you brought him back into my life this way! I highly recommend!!

Fido and Frame made the Whole experience so pleasant and I love my memorial portrait of my golden of 16 year. I had tears in my eyes when I opened it and still do when I look at him.

I loved the gentleness the picture portrayed of my sweet Lady. Super sweet. The picture was nicely unframed and arrived in good condition.

I ordered three portraits, and each portraits captured my pets(2 dogs and 1 cat) beautifully! The staff was very helpful accomodating the mistakes I made with order, and they make sure I am happy with ending result.

My pics of our Annie & Oakley are just perfect - they are actually a little bigger than what I originally wanted but love them - surprised my husband with them and he actually had to wipe tears when he opened them - best surprise ever❤️

They have Poor customer service . U cannot talk to real person when u call , when u finally get to speak to someone it takes about waiting 3 - 5 days before u can set up an apt with to speak someone, a real human person! And the times are during our work business hours.
So tried going to Fido in Millwoods , they were rude and unprofessional, no help at all! They said u have to call customer service they could do nothing???
Just a run around from their customer service. What they should be able to help u at store level. Service has gone down the drain, as soon as my contract is up will be switching to a different provider not Fido or not Rogers one of the same. Really bad or no service now!
