Hi Rodney, thank you very much for the 5 star review, we really appreciate the feedback.
Good.
I've always been very happy with the stationery, ordering from Fieldskill has always been quick and easy with the items arriving within 1-2 days after i've ordered it. I'm still very happy with the stationery side of it but ordering various cleaning products has been a little disappointing. I've had many emails telling me all the things you have available but when i've tried to order things I get told you don't stock these items, even though they're listed on the website. One time I ordered sanitizing wipes but they didn't come with the order, when I contacted someone they said you don't actually stock them. Yet, nobody told me I couldn't have them when I placed my order and they were still listed on the website. I appreciate these are difficult times but I feel like a little more clarity on exactly what cleaning products you can buy is possibly needed.

Thank you very much for your feedback. In response to your email we have updated our order confirmation to advise of possible delays in dispatch due to the high demand for product.
We are working very hard during these unprecedented times to meet the demand for COVID related cleaning and PPE products. Our dedicated team are sourcing product daily to ensure a continuous supply of all products to our valued customers.
Due to this, specific brands may change; in this instance we will offer a direct alternative to the same product specification; packaging/pack quantity/fragrance may vary.
The high demand is also putting pressure on global transport networks which may impact lead times. We will endeavour to deliver on time, every time, however please bear with us should this take longer than usual.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will ensure you are advised of potential lead-times in the future.
Thank you for your custom and continued support.
