Stay away from this company at all costs. Ever since my first purchase I have had issues with just trying to pay for shipping. Something that should be easy, and shouldn't need customer service.

But I've had issue after issue with paying shipping. The final straw came when I was sent my shipping invoice for the Kenshin statue, and the invoice said shipping was "free". So I 'paid' it and then months later they're requesting 280 for shipping. Which I try to pay and wound up having two of my cards frozen even after I approved the transaction.

So I canceled all my preorders, including the Silent Hill Dio+ Cube I have had on preorder for over 3 years now.

They promised me a refund 9 months ago, and every month they come back and tell me they will "escalate" my complaint. I have rec absolutely nothing from them. The shopping experience with this company is horrendous.

I am giving 2 stars only because the 2 items I did manage to get shipping payments to work on arrived and the statue and bust are absolutely gorgeous.

i waited 12 month for the figurine she was never delivered and they dont want to refund me.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I'm going to start by confirming that no, this company is not a scam and they actually do ship decent enough products, with a laundry list of caveats.

I ordered three statues from them over the years. Two arrived, still waiting on the third. Quality is decent but not without issues. The Blame! statue was supposed to have a led-illuminated base, but it's extremely poorly designed and does not give the advertised effect at all. Still looks good unlit fortunately.

The Vampire Hunter D statue is very good and impressive looking, although extremely expensive, which is probably related to the license to be fair.

Both the Blame! and Vampite Hunter D statues had slight nicks and damages, but nothing major. The paint on the puddle at the base of the D statue was sub-par. Their wait times are indeed atrocious (been waiting on the Silent Hill Red Pyramid Thing Vs James Sunderland for three years or so now) and their communication is indeed poor.

Had some payment platform issues with them and they were not able to fix them for a full year through their own website, but they did end up honoring the promised discount for using their preferred payment platform.

I would not necessarily advise to steer clear of them completely, but patience is certainly required to deal with them, especially if you buy directly from them. My advice would be to purchase from a licenced retailer like specfictionshop, you'll get MUCH better service. I can confirm that I've seen much, MUCH worse as far as statues manufacturers go. At the end of the day, their stuff does looks good and will arrive one day. Just be patient and be sure that you can commit to the purchase. Having dealt with them, all these comments about difficulties receiving refunds seem perfectly on brand. Hope this helps.

Disgraceful situation. Order placed in November 2024. Paid regularly. Shipping costs arrived in January 2025, the package appears ready for shipping, and I also paid shipping costs. The statue cost me $835, shipping cost me $345. To date, nothing has been seen. I've written repeated emails. Lots of apologies, but no concrete action. To date, I still haven't received anything. Investing $1180 and knowing you've been scammed is awful. Stay away from FIGURAMA.

If i could give 0 i would. There always some excuse to why you dont get your money, your not getting it back and i hope that everyone stops buying from them

Lack of response, no product, lengthy refund process through 3rd party means.

As other have mentioned, this company is not operating as advertised. I ordered a HxH figure ages ago and ended up having to cancel the order accepting the 20% cancellation fee. They didn't pay back in the 90 day period they advertised and pushed the payback date to november 2026. That is beyond unacceptable.

Stay clear, it's a scam

I do not recommend ordering from Figurama.

I placed an order for the Alucard and Richter statue several years ago and, after receiving little to no meaningful updates over time, decided to cancel. Per their policy, I accepted losing the 20% deposit and expected the remainder to be refunded within 90 days.

That did not happen.

After waiting the full 90-day period outlined in their own Terms and Conditions, I was told there were “processing issues” and that my refund would not be issued until January 30, 2027. That timeline is completely inconsistent with what is advertised on their website.

Throughout this process, I followed their procedures in good faith, remained patient, and communicated consistently. In return, my refund has been delayed far beyond the stated policy, and my support ticket has even been pushed toward closure despite the issue not being resolved.

From my experience, this creates a situation where customers are left waiting years for refunds, long past the point where chargebacks or typical payment protections are an option. That is extremely concerning.

Collectors should seriously consider the risk before ordering. No matter how appealing the statues look, the post-purchase experience, particularly around cancellations and refunds, has been unacceptable in my case.

I hope Figurama resolves this properly, because I would much rather update this review with a positive outcome than continue warning others.

I purchased an item months ago thats a preorder item and due to the economy I regretfully had to cancel. The refund window is 90 days. However its been beyond that and im constantly having to go back and forrth in emails just to get my refund minus the nrd. Whatever payments I made outside of the non refundable deposit should be refunded however figurama appears to be desperatley delaying and hanging on to my money. For a licensed company thats completely intolerable that they dont even honor their own policies. The products they have are fine Ive ordered from other retailers outside of figurama that carries their products. However first time making a purchase directly on their site and now having to deal with this issue. If anyone wants to buy a figurama statue through them be warned. Theres apparently alot of complaints online about them stalling time for many months when it comes to refunding people their money. My suggestion if you want to buy any of their products dont buy directly through them they are absolutely horrible. I will never be buying another figurama item again moving forward. I am so pissed off!

J’ai passé une précommande chez Figurama Collectors pour une statue de collection (commande #114089), payée intégralement en 10 fois sans aucun retard de paiement de ma part.

Au fil du temps, la sortie de la statue a été reportée à 5 reprises sur plus de 2 ans et demi, sans date de livraison fiable ni communication claire de la part de l’entreprise.

Face à ces reports répétés et excessifs, j’ai finalement demandé l’annulation de ma précommande et le remboursement.

Figurama a accepté de me rembourser, mais a conservé 20 % du montant total au titre d’un “Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)”, alors même que l’annulation est directement liée aux retards répétés et au délai devenu déraisonnable.

Malgré plusieurs emails détaillés envoyés au support, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse officielle de leur part. Toutes les communications sont passées uniquement par un intermédiaire sur Messenger, sans véritable prise en charge du dossier.

Je considère cette situation abusive : après presque 3 ans d’attente et 5 reports successifs, conserver une partie importante du paiement malgré l’absence de livraison et l’absence de communication sérieuse du support me paraît injustifié.

J’ai donc été contraint d’ouvrir un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF via SignalConso.

Don't order from this company. All they do is delay. even everything is paid for, they still will not ship anything. despite promising to do so on every email.

All they do is lie to you and take your money. At first they kept lying about sending me my full purchased statue and then I told them I wanted my money back. They told me 90 days and now they are saying 6 more months. They are scammers and liars.

Ordered a statue for $1225 back in 11/2024, after countless emails inquiring about the ETA, they always push the date back with each email replied. Finally got a "Your Statue is shipping now" email from them 11/2025 and paid another $335 for the shipping. Then they stopped replying to my emails until today 5/5/2026 still no shipping date. TOTAL SCAM, PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY. They will do anything to take your money first using pre-orders, and then they don't give a F. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

I am sharing my experience with Figurama Collectors regarding a cancelled pre-order and an ongoing refund issue.

I placed a pre-order in September 2023 for a total amount of $1,285. The product was repeatedly delayed over a period of more than 2 years.

Due to these excessive delays, as well as additional shipping and customs costs that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, I requested cancellation in September 2025.

Figurama Collectors accepted the cancellation on October 1, 2025 and confirmed that a refund would be issued within 90 days.

Since then:

A refund date of March 15, 2026 was provided
Then I was told the refund would be processed “within 10 days”
These deadlines have not been respected

As of today, I have still not received any refund.

I have now initiated formal steps, including contacting my bank for a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.

At this stage, I expect Figurama Collectors to honor their commitment and process the refund without further delay.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious regarding delivery timelines and refund reliability.

It's been three years—almost four—since I've been waiting for my Diocube Metal Gear Solid.... Every year, even every month, I write to them to find out where things stand... and every time they give me the exact same excuse about looking for the best option, etc. Except that four years is a long time! Four years of reading that the Diocubes will be available in the next semester. And then still nothing—excuse after excuse! It’s pathetic! Stay away from this scam site.

I originally purchased a preorder for a statue in 2024 but unfortunately had suffered from financial strain and knew that I had to cancel the order after a year in November 2025. I read through their terms and they stated that refunds would be issued in 90 days from date of request. I was happy with the 20% non refundable deposits and thought that being a company that works with big Japanese properties that they would honor their terms.

Closer to the end 90 days I checked closer to the end date to see if everything was going well on this side and was assured with ‘get back to us at the end of the 90 days if your refund has not turned up’. I am a very patient person and so I did.

After the 90 days period I queried the date that I would recieve the refund and was told suddenly’oh no theres been an internal issue and now your refund wont be until 1st July’

At no point in my previous checking was this issue found nor discussed with me, which I would have expected and would have made it more understandable. To suddenly have my refund date extended a further 3 months with no communication is unacceptable.

I have yet to receive my refund and am pretty sure I will not as this company does not honor its promises.

This company does not honor their terms and conditions, does not care for their customers. Avoid.

Item has been stuck on "waiting to ship" for months. Their support takes weeks to reply a single sentence if not just a fully automated response. Absolutely terrible customer service and business practice. I'm going to file for a refund but I doubt they'll respond. Will report them to BBB as well.
