Fast, friendly, easy!

I completed my application including eNotary but my wife as additional signer has not been able to complete the eNotary because it continues to say that her documents are being prepared. I have called 8 times in the last 2 days, been told that everything is completed and she should be able to do the eNotary. They escalated after multiple calls and submitted a "ticket". we got an email that it had been fixed. Not fixed. no one seems to know how to fix this and no one is giving me any real answers. they already pulled my credit and so I don't want to re-apply with a different company but I don't see any end in sight because no one beyond the customer service individuals who are clearly outside the US cannot do anything. Completely frustrating experience.

I’ve also sent multiple emails and get the same unhelpful response below despite responding that we already tried those things.

The agent was friendly and helped answer any questions with clear concise answers. The process was very easy and quick.

The eNotary was very professional and helped me walk through the process, which did not take long at all

The notary was well prepared and the representative explained it in a way that was understandable.

This was one of the most frustrating and poorly managed lending experiences I’ve had.

My HELOC application expired twice due to issues entirely on Figure’s end. First, their appraisal vendor couldn’t complete the appraisal in a reasonable timeframe. Then I was told my original application documents couldn’t be transferred, forcing me to start over from scratch.

This process wasted a significant amount of my time and also resulted in unnecessary hits to my credit. The lack of coordination, accountability, and basic execution is unacceptable.

The worst part is the lack of response to my calls and/ or emails.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Figure if you’re looking for a smooth or reliable lending process.

Tina Mershon helped me figure out the heloc process with grace and patience. I had an entire list that she spent over 40mins going over with me. She had so much knowledge on the process and was so patient with me until I understood and felt comfortable and confident in the entire thing. I can’t thank her enough for being so helpful. It really helped us move forward with the process.

The individual taking our call to notarize docs spoke very quickly. I was having to repeatedly ask her to speak slower and more clear. She did not in any way acknowledge my request. Frustrating for us.
