Do not use this host! even he show you the rates are high but in reality other hosts that has low rates are way better than his fake high rates! i tried many hosts at the same time with this filemoon and i've put it as my main! so even that the earning were way better on other hosts, do not waste your time they are shaving a lot, you can use lulustream or doodstream or streamup or bigwarp those are way better than this scammy host

I want you to know that it's 2025, and I've been an active user of this website for almost a year. There are a lot of issues with this platform, and I will list them here so you can avoid wasting your time and effort on a poor service. (BTW I USED CHATGPT TO CORRECT MY GRAMMAR "I am being transparent here and telling you the truth")
First of all, pardon my English—I'm not that great.

Here is the list:

1. Do not use this website if you're trying to earn money quickly.
Why? Because not only are their rates very low, but they also charge high fees for withdrawals. In the end, you barely earn anything.

2. Broken files problem.
This website is prone to turning your uploads into broken files. If you upload a lot of videos, sooner or later many of them will be dumped into a broken files bin, and you’ll have to re-upload them. Out of the 200+ videos I uploaded, almost 150 became broken. Why? I don’t know—maybe it’s a server or data center issue. But that’s my experience, and it’s tiring to keep re-uploading again and again.

3. Too many ads but very low earnings.
It’s better to look for another website. Why? I run a movie website and integrated pop ads and a video player from Filemoon. In just half a day, I earned $5 from pop ads, but only $1 from Filemoon—even though I maximized all ad settings and trial interests.

4. Chat support is terrible.
Almost no support at all. They had a Telegram group at first with a lot of users, but they deleted it, claiming support would be moved to the website. Guess what? After months, still nothing.
They do have one TG chat for individual support, but the support agent is rude. Here's my experience:
I got my first payout in BTC, and I was asked to verify by providing the sender's address. I asked the support, and at first, they cooperated. After a few messages, they asked for my "account login," which seemed suspicious. Instead of just asking for my username, they used the word "login," which typically means both username/email and password.
I asked, “Username and password?” (verbatim), and the support replied, “Did I ask for your password?”
The tone felt off. I replied, “No, of course not. But 'login' usually means both username and password. The word you chose was wrong—you should have said 'username' instead.”
The support then replied, “I said login, not logins. LOGIN.”
I said, “It’s the same. The only difference between ‘login’ and ‘logins’ is quantity. Both are nouns.” I joked, “Maybe you skipped English class.”
The support then said, “I’m better than ChatGPT in grammar.”
I corrected him and reminded him that he should be there to help, not argue. After I sent that message, he blocked me.

Lesson: Never trust Filemoon. Poor support. Risky payouts. It's better to find an alternative.
This applies to all domains using Filemoon.

I'm not bashing Filemoon—this is 100% based on my experience.

I registered 2 accounts with Filemoon a while back and was amazed that they would offer 40TB without any restrictions. Uploading worked like a charm and speeds were top.
I uploaded over 5000 files without deleting them from my HDs just yet as I was weary and boy did I get a bad surprise.
I woke up one morning only to have been banned from both accounts without any warning.
When I contacted Filemoon about this they wrote me that "I'm sorry but we're not free drive where you can backup your files. We pay for storage, your account is simply generating loses for us so we refuse to provide you service and will ban every account you have and make in future". They should have contacted me prior, allowing me to either accept or refuse to pay, but to outright ban me is completely inacceptable and it's also not written in their Terms Of Service that they can decide to do so upon a whim.
I had started recommending the site to friends and family as it's very user friendly and had no visible capacity limits, except for the 40TB indication.

A$$ deleted my files without any notification. Worst server Ever

I hope these clowns get shut down soon, then they can cry harder about not getting any ad revenue off their videos when you use an ad blocker, I hope they know there are tons of other servers to pick from so why even bother with them.

I tried to download file then filemoon just appeared, I pressed the human verify and click download in filemoon, suddenly I got message from my phone card about confirmation number, it's said to ignore it if I don't request it. Very suspicious

I am a Filemoon user and have been using Filemoon for quite a long time. On January 1st I withdrew money from Filemoon around 50$ less using the Paypal payment method. A week later, I checked the Payout status of my Filemoon account, it changed to PAID but I still haven't received any payment in Paypal.

Filemoon is not trustworthy and a SCAM. Filemoon has several domains, so please be careful when using this service because all the services listed on the website cannot be trusted.
