Let down by poor packaging.
I was after some 16" filters for a small project at home, found Filters Direct online and they appeared to be amongst the cheapest, so purchased 3 of them. I was informed they would be manufactured around a week later and despatched shortly after. I was notified when they were done and when they were arriving. The only problem was when they did arrive the packaging was terrible. Placed in a box that was way too big with a small amount of old polythene which did nothing to protect or secure the filters in transit, as a result the box arrived torn and the filters battered and crushed. I've spent some time manipulating them and getting them back to a condition where I'm hoping I'll still be able to use them.
