Highly disappointed
I ordered a dryer in November and today (Feb23) still cannot use it. There is a water leakage inside since the first occasion and tried to contact with the customer service but they do not reply most of the times. We managed to get a visit more than a month later, but they came and did absolutely nothing - we are trying to reach them again....

In Finland this company is selling two similar microwaves: H20MOWP1 and H20MOBP1. They look like white and black versions of the same model but they are different. One has an inverter (BP1 - black) and one does not WP1 - white). The hisense website is misleading about this and has a video about inverter technology on the page for the WP1 (white) version. The white version does not have an inverter. This is probably why the retailer Gigantti is selling the white model with the description "featuring advanced inverter technology for even cooking". I had to return the microwave thanks to this confusion caused by hisense and gigantti. I should not have to sort out these mistakes myself.

Tässä prosessissa minua avusti neuvojanne Boris. Uusi astianpesukoneeni siis alkoi pitämään pahaa ääntä. Luulin jo sen menevän uusiksi. Yhteys neuvontaanne ja heti tuli kuin kaupan hyllyltä arvio viasta ja hyvä ohjeistus videon kera. Oli helppo tarkistaa asia. Vika löytyi ja pystyin helposti saamaan koneen itse kuntoon.
