The pricing model is deceptive. They advertise a 'monthly' rate of $41.67, but it’s a bait-and-switch; once you reach the checkout, it forces a $500 yearly commitment. While they mention a 3-day money-back guarantee, their fine print explicitly states that monthly plans are non-refundable. Furthermore, the 3-day trial doesn't allow you to test all the features, which is a major red flag. Be aware that this is a literal SCAM company. If you subscribed and that's it, you won't be able to get your money back no matter what happens. Even if you file a dispute to the bank it will fail due to their clever T&C trick. You will also not get what you paid for, there is no "premium model" like chatgpt 5 as advertised in their subscription page, their AI backend is built upon the cheapest , worst performing API that you can find. STAY CLEAR of this company, you have been warned.

Helpful for live interviews

I paid for a subscription to see if it fits my usage. It sadly didn't as each time I tried to click on one of their interview helpers. It would bring up the site and that would distract me / show that I'm using the helper in a scenario you're sharing your screen.

I contacted through their email straight away (Friday). They didn't get back to me until today (Tuesday) and mentioned that I'm outside of their refund policy and they can't refund me..

Even after paying, I still get the trial feature and it's telling me to upgrade..

Their support is absolutely useless as well as no one will respond to you whatsoever. Even if you ask to speak to an operator, no one will ever join. This is just a money grab. Don't risk it.

Don't subscribe it. Worse forever. Don't want to give money back if you unsubscribe. They do all drama.

Three months later, I was unexpectedly rebilled. I contacted support again and received no response. Only after I filed a dispute with my bank did they reply. They asked me to confirm via email that I had logged into the portal three months earlier and uploaded my resume. I confirmed that this was correct and clearly stated that I was **not disputing the first charge**, but the second charge that had just been billed three days prior.

After that, communication stopped. My bank later informed me that the company claimed the charge was valid and that the issue was my fault.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I was charged nearly $500 total for a service that did not function properly and continued billing after I had requested cancellation. The lack of clear communication and the need to involve my bank just to receive a response is unacceptable.

The Product is Broken: The AI gives generic, useless answers that are not context-aware. The interface is confusing, and the 'advanced features' they advertise simply do not work or are missing entirely.

The Refund Trap: They advertise a "3-Day Money-Back Guarantee", but it is a lie. I requested a refund within 48 hours because the product was defective. They denied my request claiming 'substantial usage' because I spent time trying to troubleshoot their broken tool.

Basically, if you use the tool to see if it works, they void your warranty. If you don't use it, you don't know it's bad. It is a catch-22 designed to steal your money. I am filing a chargeback with my bank for fraud

Did not work. I booked a technical call but they did not attend or even respond. I’m now waiting for my refund.

I subscribed to FinalRound AI to use their live interview mode and real-time suggested answers. Unfortunately, those core features do not work at all.

Every time I try to use Live mode, I get a system error saying the platform has run out of memory. Because of this, I cannot use:
