I am writing this to alert the community about a critical failure in the dispute resolution process. My experience with this organization has shown a concerning lack of accountability.
​The Issue:
A final decision was issued based on the financial data of a completely unrelated account instead of my own. The mediator admitted in writing that a "typo" occurred during the investigation, leading to a decision based on incorrect withdrawal and profit data that does not match my actual transaction history.
​The Breach of Trust:
Despite the written admission of this material error, the body has refused to reopen the case or rectify the decision. Even more concerning is that they have now officially ceased all communication on this matter, effectively shielding the broker from a legitimate claim based on their own administrative negligence.
​Conclusion:
A mediation body that refuses to correct a proven factual error and then stops communicating with the victim loses its status as a neutral party. I have escalated this matter to the relevant regulators and the public domain.

A broker denied me a withdrawal of almost 4k. Thanks to the Financial Commission, I was able to get my money back after a few months. They analyzed the situation and made this decision. Thank you very much.

financial commission is not a regulator, it's commercial non-government organisation, that sells fake certificates to fraudulent companies for these companies to look "legit" in the eyes of naive users, at the same time fincom act as extortion business towards legitimate companies by posting false articles and trying to force these companies to pay money to clean their reputation

This is just a shell company to instill a confident in a scam company. So after the scam executed, this company will just act that the scam company broken a rules and they have no connection to the scam company. So any claim whatsoever are no longer within their responsibility. This is India company, that alone is enough to tell the whole story here

I had suspicions before raising a case with the 'financial commission' against IC Markets and their fraudulent brokerage activites. Unfortunately these suspicions rang true based on the heavy bias in their wording from their 'findings'. They simply say what the broker wants them to say, bear in mind they're funded by brokers so there's a financial conflict of interest from the get go. If you're trying to reclaim compensation for broker malpractice you're better off appointing a solicitor, joining a class action or going through a real mediatory body - which these clowns, are not.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Financial Commission. Despite my legitimate and well-documented complaint against Blueberry Markets, their handling of the case revealed significant bias. It’s important for other traders to be aware that this organization is not truly impartial, as it is funded by the very brokers they claim to regulate.

Here’s why I believe the Financial Commission is not trustworthy:

Unjustified Complaint Rejection: The Financial Commission never accepted my complaint, citing that it was filed outside their 45-day deadline. Despite this, they decided to conduct an informal review when their “boss,” Blueberry Markets, requested them to do so. This shows a clear conflict of interest, as it appears they will only reconsider a complaint when it benefits the broker that funds them.

Biased and One-Sided Review: In their informal review, they refused to accept supporting documents from my side and only considered the information provided by Blueberry Markets. This left me unable to present my case fairly and calls into question their role as an independent arbiter.

Double Standards: After Blueberry Markets requested reconsideration, the Financial Commission sent two separate emails rejecting my complaint, with inconsistent justifications. One email stated that they couldn’t issue a formal decision, while the other reiterated the 45-day deadline without further explanation.

Conflict of Interest: Since brokers, including Blueberry Markets, are paying members of the Financial Commission, it’s clear that there’s a conflict of interest. Their actions suggest they prioritize brokers' interests over protecting traders.

My experience shows that the Financial Commission lacks the impartiality required for fair dispute resolution. I urge other traders to be cautious before relying on them.

My experience with [axi] was unsatisfactory. The Finance Committee failed to respond to my inquiries and did not provide the support I needed when I appeared. Their lack of expected support led me to question their credibility in resolving disputes and they sided with the mediator or responded that it was outside their jurisdiction.

This organization is scam. They want you to trust their members and covering up fraudulent acts of members against traders. Don't trust on them,It's just a waste of time.

This license is nothing but a failed license and there are no validators. A complaint was submitted to them with evidence in the Olymp Trade platform
And they did not do anything that you say Olymp Trade do. This means that you do not trust the applications that contain this license

Their dispute resolution is a joke. The process is designed in a way you can not even provide arguments to support your claim. They'll take for granted what their brokers say allowing them to scam you.
