I have never subscribed, and yet you can access my account... wtf... and reading other comments, how does one log into an account if they don't have one. Scammed ... you've taken money that doesn't belong to you... I have never subscribed to you and would like a refund as 97$ is alot of money to me..
ADDIT: 3st may 25 .. I had thought i had managed to unsubscribe and now twice in 1 month ... $98.11 (the exact amount) has come out of my account... I have sent another email to you customer support and will be informing the appropriate people

I don’t know how they got my details and I’ve had no subscription email confirmation from them. To unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to they insist on having the last 4 digits of my credit card yet they debited my current account. Did anyone else who was scammed get their money back? If so how long does it take please?
Can I unsubscribe without bank details they never should have had in the first place?

This is an absolute SCAM !
This is an absolute SCAM !! I signed up to get a Marks & Spencer free gift and paid £2,50 for delivery , 3 days ago.
This morning, I get a notification that my credit card has been charged £41.49 (SYS*financordhl.com).
I've now blocked my card.
This is going to be such a hassle....
I have received no emails from these people, so I don't even know how to contact them.
I don't know if they'll keep charging my card.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Think you are buying something... nope signing up to a financial service.
I don't know if the company is a scam but how they got me to 'sign up' was a scam. Thankfully I logged in and deleted the subscription that I didn't sign up for. With tactics like this I can't imagine the company is very trustworthy. Trying to purge my account now but it doesn't recognise the password that I used to sign in with. Big red flag for me.
Ps the fee is $60USD every 14 DAYS. If you get tricked. Make sure you go in and cancel immediately!

I was scammed by these guys
I was scammed by these guys. Thought I was purchasing a mug and the charge came from financord. Didn't realise I was going to continue to be charged every 2 weeks either, automatically from my savings. They do the opposite of what they claim - just take your money
