I removed my review after company complained. Today June 4th I was informed by trustpilot my original review can remain. It wasn't defamatory.
I didnt have a good experience. Not happy with them at all.

Nomatter the explanation can you agree that averageof 1.4 reviews means something is wrong with this institution. These are high Tech scammers hiding on technicalities. Once you pay R19 trial they have your card details they go ahead and steal/ debit your account without your consent. I doubt very much if all bad reviews means people are failing to interpret the terms and conditions. They are no genuine tenants or rentals that can be found on this platform they are outdated and stolen from genuine listing's

Misleading trial, automatic subscription charges, hard‑to‑cancel service, poor support, and duplicate listings from free sites. Feels like a subscription trap. Avoid and do not enter card details. This website operates using classic dark-pattern tactics.
A €1 “trial” is used to lure users, followed by a €39 charge without clear consent, service access, or cancellation ability. There was no account provided, no login credentials, and no functional way to unsubscribe. Even the complaint form on the website does not work.
This is not transparency — it is exploitation.
After this happened, I found many other users reporting the exact same experience, which strongly suggests this is intentional and systemic, not user error.
Any company operating this way should be ashamed of how it treats people.
Avoid at all costs.

Push for a refund. Yes, this is a scam site, I kept emailing them and they eventually gave me 50% of my money back as a "goodwill gesture". If you got scammed, don't stop emailing them and demand a refund. Sure, I still got half of that R750 stolen, but like a "good" criminal that steals your wallet and gives you your ID back, they gave me something after I refused to stop emailing them. I'll still report them wherever I can though.

This company debits your card without consent. if the trial period ends the company should ask the customer if they want subscribe for a month before debiting the card without permission. This looks like scamming people to view for a dollar for week and goes ahead to take away money from your account without consent.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, expensive and almost scam behavior. I advice to everyone to not use this website. Most of the apartments available are actually no longer available or shared through them without permission. Also it doesn't let you turn off the payment plan immediately after you subscribe so it can easily charge you extra if you forget and they count by hours not by days (I was late to cancel by few hours due to that)

I'm a landlord and they've stolen my photos and phone number without my permission. I've never used findallrentals and don't give them permission. The most outrageous thing is they advertise my property in London, when it's in a totally different city! They're scamming people and taking excess money from tenants so I strongly recommend you stay away from them.

I was asked to pay R19 just to unlock access and connect with an owner for a rental enquiry. I went ahead and paid, only to find that they upgraded my account without my consent. No details were provided in their confirmation email, no proper explanation of what I was supposedly being “upgraded” to, and no clear way to contact them directly for assistance.
Just as another token to this lovely website – the very listing I enquired about turned out to be from a known scammer in the area. So much for their so-called “vetting process.”
This is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate money trap. If a company has to trick people into hidden charges, ignore consent, and allow scammers to advertise freely, it’s not a legitimate service.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from Find All Rentals.
