Skip arrived at the appointed time and carefully placed on my drive. Collected promptly with no hassle.

Overall it was a very good experience with FindASkip and communication with them was always clear and straightforward. The only minor blip was the skip not being collecting when scheduled, but a quick call to FindASkip to chase up the skip company soon sorted that out. Would definitely recommend FindASkip.

The skip company that Find A Skip chose to deliver my skip would not answer any calls requesting collection. Line was dead. Zoe a director at Find A Skip was trying to communicate with them. I was promised collection a few times and that never happened, resulting in the skip being collected 2 weeks later. I lost the company that I had booked to block pave my drive 6 months earlier so the incompetence of the skip company had a huge impact. Find A Skip tried to sort it out, my issue with this model is that they can use skip companies with a poor reputation. One look online showed horrendous reviews of the company they used. They should take greater diligence in choosing who they deal with. It's a shame as Find A Skip have now got a poor review based on another companies behaviour, but that's the consequence of sending out review requests.

I had a perfectly good experience. Ordered and payed on the website and the skip was delivered. At collection, I called the skip company directly and got it collected.

Was delivered on day I requested but not collected on agreed day. Actual company who delivered it had not been advised of collection date. Looking at other reviews it seems collections are a problem.

skip was delivered , had to call them skip was left in the wrong place,which was moved later that day.

when i called ask to pick up Skip was noted.
skip was not collected and all communication just stopped? i had contacted direct skip company who delivered the skip they were very rude and unsupported.

I would give this company 0 if I could. Their system allows you to book for any length of period you want but it’s only when the skip lands on your premises that’s when you find out how long you have it for. Their booking email says they will get in touch to confirm before the skip arrives but nobody does. And when you speak to the findaskip manager their response is “well we can’t phone everyone”. Utter farce. Fix your system!!!

Needed a skip for next day delivery. Everything was done online via chat in a very efficient way, only had to call in to make payment. Skip arrived next day as promised. When it was time to schedule the collection, again I could do everything online via chat. I found the entire experience very professional and very well organised and friendly.

Ordered a skip for next day delivery on Monday morning. Booking was confirmed quite quickly and was given contact details of what skip company would be delivering it. Used FB messenger to contact find a skip the evening before pickup to ask if they could change my pickup date to Tuesday and they answered my message quickly and said they would sort in the morning. Had a phone call in the morning to say the person had gone in the office early to make sure they could get hold of the skip company before the drivers left and was so happy she went above and beyond to fulfil my request to change my pickup date. Highly recommend for skip hire as they have been nothing but helpful for me and made the process of hiring a skip very easy and will definitely use again if I ever need a skip.

So polite, listened, thought about my needs in a practical manner and found the perfect solution and price. Could not recommend them high enough.
