SOLD! This is what I wanted and this is what I got. Great listing experience and sold to someone that saw my post! Definitely would use this site again when the need arises.

Easy to post, respond to interest inquiries, and sell

I could not have been happier with my experience. I reached out via the phone to speak with a human being instead of fully trusting the technology. Brian Altstatt, the co-founder of FME, called back within a couple of minutes of my having left a message. He was very thorough and patient with me as I asked questions that were in fact already answered on the website. He knew immediately that he wasn't dealing with someone who grew up with computers and wifi (i'm a 50+ male).

Brian allayed my concerns about the process of setting up my account and completing the profile. The pricing was explained very clearly as well, and it felt like the pricing was quite reasonable for the service provided. They also worked with me to find the right price point. I assume they were spot on because there was no haggling and both the buyer, as well as myself, as the seller, felt like we got a good deal.

I only received 2 inquiries, but one of those 2 bought my Rivian.

Having posted the Ad - I got several e-mail inquires and sold the car the next day.

This site really helped me sell my car very fast. I tried an EV message board I subscribed to and had no interest at all. I posted the ad here on a Wednesday and pretty much sold the car by Sunday! Would absolutely use them again.

The beauty of Find My Electric is that it's a focused marketplace for serious EV buyers and sellers. Even more valuable is the service and assistance from the FME team (eg, Brian), who is always willing to share objective guidance on market pricing based on recent transactions.

This site is the best site for buying for Teslas, there are many reasons but let me mention one. If you are looking for a certain software feature, find my electric is the only site that allows you to do that, trust me I searched. I got the best deal for the exact vehicle I was looking for. Great customer service as well

Smooth navigation. Brian was very helpful with his suggestions/ advice.

When I had a technical problem with the site, my email was answered promptly and the web site fixed within hours.

In terms of the experience, I didn't receive as much interest as I would have liked from buyers, but I'm not sure if that's the site is relatively unknown or that my price was too high.

Sold! If that's not enough for you, our R1S was listed on several platforms--FME was the only site to generate interest from legitimate buyers. During and even after the listing period, email support was very fast and very helpful. Well done, FME, and thanks! Possible improvement: This seller believes the capability to post more than 20 pictures could be useful to both sellers and buyers.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case I really think it is warranted. Before listing I entered a few questions and they reached out to me directly by text and phone. We talked a little about the market for my vehicle and pricing. The personal attention helped me tremendously! I felt more comfortable with the whole process.
I listed first to dealers only and got immediate feedback. That went so well I thought I would be leaving opportunity on the table if I didn’t try the full listing. Within a day of publishing I had a couple offers at my asking price and a few back up offers just below that. Thank you so much! I only wish I had more vehicles to sell. Haha.

Find My Electric is awesome! I listed my Tesla and got great pricing feedback from Find My EV staff. Like crazy detailed feedback, including comps, possible range, trends over the past few months, etc. I was able to set a competitive price based on this intel and get my vehicle sold within two weeks of posting the ad.

Compared to another traditional used-car site, the quality of the buyer was much higher too. When I was contacted by the eventual buyer, they had clearly done a ton of research and had pertinent questions to ask. They were professional and straightforward, engendering a great deal of trust. Everything was smooth with payment and I'm super happy with the entire experience.

I listed my Rivian for sale and had a offer within 5 minutes. We negotiated the price a few times, we agreed on a fair offer and the next day the money was in my account. I couldn’t have been more pleased with entire process.
