Professional service, swift delivery

Ordered a ring based on the size guide on the website but it didn’t fit (it was wildly the wrong size, and the ring that arrived was different mm to the size guide). I contacted the support team and on their instruction filled out the return form asking for a replacement ring in a different size. Returns aren’t free so I paid for the return (no problem). That was weeks ago. I’ve chased up the support team but despite their initial rapid response to my original enquiry, I now haven’t heard anything for weeks despite sending chasers. They now have my money and the original ring back. Would not recommend.

Update: in case my replies to the original email weren’t getting through I sent through a new support request and did get an immediate respond and refund (less a postage fee). Possibly just an issue with emails (at either end) so increased rating to 3 star. Only issue potentially the poor website sizing (though I’m not risking getting a replacement personally).

Very poor customer service.
I bought a beautiful moonstone ring, I had measured wrong and was far too big.
Before returning it i ordered in another use (with a discount code) and another ring with it, so my total spend actually went up.
I sent the original ring back, with paperwork and signed for. I heard nothing. I chased and got a standard refund email for a lower amount. I emailed them and told me they have refunded the wrong ring, the correct paperwork was included and to refund the correct amount.
No response again.
I then emailed again saying the money has come in to my account wrong. Again no response, just a stars email so refund this amount.
So whilst I love my two rings, the customer service is awful. The lack of personal emails when a customer has an issue is not good customer service.
So please be mindful when ordering if you have an issue the service is well below par for spending a significant amount.

Ring was a little big so I returned and received replacement within 2 days.

Easy to order. Delivered quickly and packaged well. I wanted a treat and the ring was the right choice for me but the whole experience was a treat

I ordered my rings 2 weeks ago to recieve in plenty of time for my wife's birthday and recieved no conformation still not arrived and my wife's birthday was 2 days ago
