I am delighted with the quality of the print and frame, the service and delivery, and the communication that I received from Natasha at Fine Art Prints on Demand. Natasha was very prompt and friendly with replying to queries, and the delivery was rapid. The quality itself of the Constable "The Hay Wain" print on fine art paper, frame, and acrylic glass is superb. I couldn't be happier with the result, thank you.

After giving a 5* Review, I must decrease this to 1* as the owner Natasha was outright rude to me, due to emails I had sent. Saying I'm not her only customer. "If you can't bear the heat - get out of the kitchen"

I tried Fine Art Prints on Demand after purchasing a print from a similar company and was very disappointed by the quality. The print I have now received is far better than anything I was expecting and better value, even my picture framer remarked on it. The service was fantastic with fast delivery to Australia and very reasonable postage cost.

I wanted a couple of large framed JMW Turner prints and was extremely impressed with every aspect of the Fine Art Prints on Demand service. The website is great and easy to navigate, and the room preview option was particularly useful. I had an immediate response to a pre-order query I raised, and the prints were delivered approximately 1 week from order. They looked even better than expected and are of a very high quality. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Fine Art Prints on Demand took and printed my picture on white artist canvas, and framed it with black edges. The canvas arrived quickly and is so life-like with excellent colours, true to the original that we could say that it was a real painting by Vincent van Gogh from a close 2 inches from the canvas. The brush strokes sit on the canvas as-if the real painting.

Superb quality of both the canvas and frame. Far better than others I’ve purchased. Extremely well wrapped and protected. May cost more but worth it. Delivered in a timely fashion.

I am 77 years old and not great on ordering by phone ( not verbal ) so i contacted Fine Art Prints and my order was sorted for me. I am not confident or a " techi " but help was at hand . Thank you so much i am delughted with my print.

What a stunning quality print! The paper and print are amazing. We are really happy. The attention to detail in packaging was incredible with all care clearly taken to transport safely with zero chance of damage. I haven't seen quality and care like this in a Company for a long time. I ordered 3 prints but when they arrived two of them were of poor quality having a dull/muddy tinge to them. It looked like the printer was running out of certain colours and not reflective of what was shown on the website. I rang up but my dissatisfaction was met with arguments and an unwillingness to accept what I was saying. Very poor customer service. I've returned both prints requesting a refund. As yet not received.

Unfortunately the picture wasn’t quite what I expected but Natasha dealt with it very professionally, accepting a return without question and fully refunding me not only the original cost but the delivery charge as well. I am sorry it wasn’t what I wanted but I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company in the future.
