The best. My granddaughter wanted some new glasses and I was told they are very cheap online. We went looking and found 5 pair and with the eye doctors fee of 25 they were all under 70 dollars!! 5 pairs of glasses under 70 dollars!!! That is fantastic. Then we had trouble getting her PD number.(pupil distance) Customer service was awesome in helping us figure everything out. Helped me the whole way. It took a little longer than we hoped but it was not their fault at all. Above average all the way around.

I got 2 pair prescription -4.00/ -4.00 glasses for $25.95 with the delivery. Is good deal?

If we could give 0 stars we would. Buyer beware! We received the glasses however none of the frames came as pictured. If you are only ordering black frames you are okay. If you pick any color frame be prepared for it to come looking like it is black. We bought 8 pairs and the only ones that were correct were a gold metal pair and 2 black pairs.... Even through emails the employee writing my wife and I sent one of our pictures back claiming it was a black pair we ordered when it was actually supposed to be dime (leopard color). If the employees can't tell a difference that says something. Do not patronize this business. I am just calling my money a loss.

Still waiting for my glasses after a month. So much for 7-10 days. They needed up my lenses which they said was their error but the would fix it and rush my order. That was 2 weeks ago order still hasn't shipped, communication is ok you just have to decipher what they are saying. If I do not get a straight answer soon I may cancel my order. One thing is certain I will NEVER order from this company again!

This company is incompetent. If you need prescription glasses, do not go through Finest Glasses. If you just want to look trendy, then go with them. They can't screw up fake glasses (not that it would surprise me if they did).

Their ordering system is terrible and completely nullified by their incompetence. You can provide every bit of information they request (as I did) during the ordering process and they still can't get things right. But they really aren't putting in any effort to get your prescription right anyway. The services they offer they do not fulfill (i.e. verifying the prescription themselves, measuring your PD via their REQUIRED METHOD, and the satisfaction guarantee is bogus, probably like these 5-star reviews). They even put it on me to call my optometrist to verify the prescription after I had already provided a photocopy of the prescription to them along with the office number so THEY COULD DO WHAT THEY OFFER TO DO; VERIFY THE PRESCRIPTION.

This is the first and last time I'll be using Finest Glasses and I recommend to the reader of this to review other negative reviews. You will see exactly why you should take your business elsewhere.

Online order states order will be shipped in 6 to 10 days... First order tracking number they sent me wasnt even for MY order that ended up somewhere in Houston Texas. I'm in Kentucky.. I contacted them for them to tell me they had to special order my lenses from the manufacturer. Fifteen days later I get another tracking number for my order which USPS says doesnt even exist. I contact them but the individual offers NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER but says can I have your phone number so I can call you back the online order people are not in right now.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.... DO NOT BUY YOUR EYEWEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! AND YOUR MONEY!!!!

I have now purchased 3 pair of glasses from FinestGlasses - two pair of prescription glasses and one pair of reading glasses. I had issues with my first prescription, and the folks at FG were very kind and responsive in helping me get my glasses right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I do not usually write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. I want to review, particularly, their horrendous and unprofessional customer service.

Despite my calm and rational approach to obtain a solution for my problem, this one particular representative was constantly demeaning and inappropriate.

I asked to speak to another customer representative - he refused. I requested to speak to his boss - he refused. I demanded to speak with any other person that works in the company - he refused. At one point, he even outright lied telling me "there is no one else in here but me", when I can clearly hear people talking in the background. Without my problem being resolved, he hanged up stating, "I spent too much time talking to you already." This is completely unacceptable, and I wish for no one ever to experience this kind of service.

Also, apparently, this company writes their own reviews - as evident by a representative 5-star review at the bottom. That is absolutely unsettling.

If you are considering buying from this store, now you have a valid reason not to.
