I just experienced a great "on-boarding" process with the help of Jonathan Mosher, in switching from my past merchant processor to their new program. He helped me every step of the way and was very caring and responded to all questions very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Jonathan focused on our needs and as Finical couldn't do everything we wanted Jonathan was very much involved to make sure things that could be achieved were done fast and efficient. So far my experience has been wonderful. Processing fees were just getting out of hand and instead of raising our overall prices , we started looking into zero processing companies. I ended up working out with Jonathan and he has been absolutely wonderful. Anytime I need him he is just one phone call or text message away. He has went out of his way to make sure that we are happy and I have absolutely zero complaints. I thought that I would have a lot of pushback from my customers but once they understand that we actually have to pay those fees we have had no issues at all. And of course we always give them the option to pay cash for discount. If you’re looking for zero processing company I strongly suggest you use this one and ask for Jonathan.
