Superb customer service even though ive been on nightshift the team have been flexible and fast to respond. They helped me secure my dream car when every other lender was saying no.. at a fantastic rate too. I dont leave reviews generally but im so happy with Finset and their staff. Thank you

Good afternoon, I have tried calling you to discuss your review and find out where Finset or our partners involved in setting up the agreement have failed to reach the exacting standards we strive to achieve with all our customers. As I am sure you can appreciate, there are multiple moving parts in setting up the finance to be paid in an exact window, once a customer has confirmed they are happy with the vehicle and ready to proceed. We have numerous checks we need to do to ensure we are protecting all parties involved, being yourself as the customer, the dealer and the lender. Unfortunately to ensure we are protecting all parties we must follow certain procedures. I am sorry if by doing this it held up the handover process but we have a duty of care to protect you and all other parties involved in the transaction. If you could please return my call, I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you further to find out where and how we can improve our process or communications.
