Delivery date was said to be 522. Received email on 5/24 asking how i liked my merchandise. As of 5/26 i still Have not received my order. Emailed with no response. Tracking is a joke.

The personalization is great. This is my second order with Finsift

She really liked it. But it broke off her Keychain within a week

Ordered a gift way before Mother’s Day pay $17 for express shipping still haven’t received my package till this day and it’s May 21 beyond disappointed they’ve been giving me the runaround about my package. I will never buy anything from this company again spent $68 on a gift for my mother And still haven’t received it. They don’t have a telephone number so people could contact them. It’s always through email unprofessional.

The set I put together is for my daughters graduation she lost her father when she was 4 so this set really means a lot to me and I kno it's going to mean everything to her

put a order in at the start of april and they said 2 weeks I wanted this by Mothers day which is tommorow sent 5 emails like others have and no response from them way to many of these stories DO NOT USE THIS SITE SCAM.

never got my order that i bought since april 15 2025. I contacted them to cancel my order and ask for refund but they refused to respond. They don't have contact number, just email. don't waste your money here. They are scammer

It was very easy to order and I can't wait to get my order, the necklace with all 5 of my grandchildren's names engraved and their birthstone in a pretty little heart.💕

I made my order on December 10-15 and have not received it. Upon contacting the company through email they responded with tracking information that I believe is bogus. I have contacted my Credit Card company to let them resolve it since the Finsift company won't help.

I RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. GOOD QUALITY. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT. BABY'S FIRST CHRISTMAS.

I received my order 1-3-2025 after ordering 12-12-2024. I was expecting a 3D resin ornament. It isn't. It's a piece of flat acrylic about the size of my hand (palm). Think of a flat acrylic key chain picture you might buy at a souvenir shop and you'll have an idea what it looks like.

Shopping experience was great love being able to see what the ring will look like at each step.
