Stylish pieces, decent prices, but quality and sizing feel inconsistent.

Their product are good and stylish but delivery quite bit delayed for 2 days.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!! I wish I had read some the reviews before lost my money to this dodgie Chinese business. They mislead customers into thinking they are Melb-based and have a 30 day return policy - the return is to China so it would cost a fortune to return. The shoes were so crappy - something that you might get for $5 on Temu and it cost me $70. I wouldn’t be caught dead in them.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. It makes me very angry that I have been duped and because the company are unethical, I lost my hard earned $100.00. The company website presents as being located in Melbourne Australia and the product is of a high quality. It’s not, to both. When I purchased online, I was charged an international transaction fee I did not expect, as well as the $100.00. The jumper I ordered was bulky, shapeless and they didn’t even bother to put the Fioravella label on it. The product has been poorly made in China. They have advised me that I can keep the jumper but the most I’ll get back is 30%, and that’s after initially offering me 5% only. This is the last time I will be buying online! Keep your money, my guess is they make up their own good reviews. The plus side is I will get back out to actual shops again so that I can see, feel and try on the product before I buy. I abhor online clothing shopping due to the dishonesty and unethical practices. Greedy, immoral people hiding in the shadows. I am also reporting them to the International Trading Standards organisation. I advise everyone who may have been caught out either by this company or another online company, to do the same. They’re getting rich openly, through fraudulent advertising and unethical practices.

I ordered these trousers and wasn’t expecting much, but when they arrived and I tried them on, the fit was perfect. They’re comfortable and quickly became one of my favourite pairs.

The colors of the clothes were vibrant and well-matched, which made everything look fresh and trendy. Quality felt good too. I just wish there were a few more size options, but overall a great place to shop.
