Had a terrific experience with their CS team. Laura was absolutely wonderful – super personable and she flagged my issue (to do with a discount code that wasn't working on a full price item) straight away and the issue was fixed in a matter of hours.

Really responsive and efficient – I would highly recommend!

Ho ordinato un top in licra ma purtroppo non era adatto alla mia fisicità, sono stati gentilissimi in quanto ho effettuato un primo ordine e poi in seguito un secondo ordine e l'azienda ha effettuato il reso gratuito in entrambe le occasioni.
In compenso ho acquistato una camicia a maniche corte a dir poco stupenda... Ringrazio Laura per la gentilezza e la disponibilità nell'essere sempre presente.
Non vedo l'ora di acquistare un altro capo d'abbigliamento Fiorucci, dallo stile iconico e fuori dal comune.

Great product, great service! My order arrived sooner than expected. Ordered two sizes and had to return the bigger one. Reached out to Fiorucci to follow up my refund. They responded and processed my refund instantly. Will always repurchase from Fiorucci !

Outstanding customer service! I emailed them about my billing address being incorrect and the responded and corrected the issue immediately.

I ordered a sweatshirt but when I received it I found out it was waaaaaay to big.
Fiorucci doesn’t allow changing the articles, you have to ship it back and buy a new one (and thats’s the only bad part, cause I bought the sweatshirt on sale and when I shipped it back the sale was over so I couldn’t buy it again at the same price).
It was all really easy. Laura, the girl I was in touch with, was really nice, precise, quick.
She made it really easy for me to send the sweatshirt back and have my refund!

first time ordering from Fiorucci. I’m from Ontario, Canada. I paid in USD and duties wasnt included on the payment. Id love to shop again but the thing is, the duties were too expensive because of DHL. Almost half the price of what I paid for. I hate DHL! I hope they change their courier. Also include the duties befor paying would be much less stressful to shop online.

I want to place a order, but when I want to pay, surprise I can't. Why? I haven't found out yet, because the Customer Service Angels don't have time for me.
After I sent them two emails with explanations, I gave up.
I sent them the third email asking them to delete my account, and I have to admit they were very fast with the answer, they did it.

Fiorucci's customer service is second only to their designs. I will remain a loyal Fiorucci customer because the clothes keep getting better and the customer service is tops.

Great customer service. I had a problem with my order and reached out. They replied right away and were able to fix the problem.

Very speedy delivery - less than 48 hours after ordering on both occasions. Had an issue generating a return label and this was rectified rapidly by customer service.

I left a review 2 days ago regarding Fiorucci lack of communication re order placed. I had a response saying that they had not received my emails regarding my query on order placed end of December.
They stated 2 days ago that they emailed me immediately after the complaint. I did not receive any email. So frustrating. Fiorucci can you please check you are posting to my correct Email address as Order No confirmation received from you in Dec. Jakki Little

Great customer service. Polite, helpful and considerate. I’ve got all I wanted . It would be good to have an option of échange rather then refund and buy it again in the future.

22/01/2022 Returned an item which cost £90 at the end of November and I still have not received refund or response. Only one message in December which was about the wrong order.

24/01/2022 UPDATE: Received a quick response from Fiorucci following my review (above). They have now refunded quickly and offered a goodwill gesture. Very pleased to hear back, it just took a long time.

Ordered an item unfortunately too small. I have returned the item on the 10/12/21. Not contact to say they received and no refund of over £100. I have emailed them 4 times with details and proof of return with no response to any of them. Very poor - I will be not ordering from them again!!

I liked the look of their products but I have found the customer service to be extremely poor (in fact, non-responsive).

My first observation was that they pitch themselves as a premium brand but if you sign up to their email address you will be inundated (and I mean 'inundated') with up to 50% discounts. However, when you click it becomes clear that they're promoting items they don't have in stock just to get you to their site, and they seem to be rarely re-stock (as opposed to it all selling out really quickly).

The t-shirt I ordered was smaller than expected them so I contacted them re changing for a size L. However, they told me they do not offer exchanges, only refunds (wait...what?). I replied seeking clarification and didn't hear back. I then sent an email chaser and still haven't heard back many days later.
