Nothing but success!
FireFit program has been a blessing. I found myself at the beginning of my fitness journey weak, tired and feeling defeated. I have PCOS and losing weight is a huge hurdle I could never get over. Compounded with my emotions, I thought the only way to lose weight was to starve myself and do hours of cardio.
Coach Lindsey and Jess have helped me see that not only could I achieve my goals through lifting weights but I'm losing weight whilst eating more. I'm stronger than I could have ever imagined and I'm only half way through the program.
I highly recommend the FireFit program. You will be welcomed by a group of woman dedicated to getting healthy, fit and #firefitstrong !

An exceptional coach and program
I'm grateful to Linsey for transforming my fitness journey even when I don't like do exercises. This program has changed my workout habits for the better, and I couldn't have done it without Linsey's support. Whenever I had doubts or question, Linsey was always available to guide me. The result speak for themselves. I've seen significant changes in my body, and I feel stronger and fitter than ever. Best way to change your life!
I have had such a fantastic experience with the FireFit program. I have tried losing weight and getting stronger for a long time, but I never knew where to start. There are so much stuff on social media these days, that you don't know what advice follow. Lindsey helped me by breaking down the different steps I needed to take to understand my journey and how to begin. I have since lost weight in a sustainable way and in periods where life got in the way, I was able to maintain the current weight instead of picking it back up. With the help of Fire Fit Training, I have created sustainable habits. My journey isn't done yet, and I'm looking forward to see what's in store for me still!

Best decision I have made
I’ve been struggling losing weight for about 5 years now and when I saw the instagram post of Lindsey for Firefit training I thought might as well give it a try. I’m 1 month and and just have to say best decision I could ever make Lindsey is so kind, patient, informative, and very understanding. This program is so supportive and helps with my motivation to keep going on my weight loss journey I highly recommend!!!
