Total scam.. I received a message from their Facebook page claiming I won $200 and when I started seeking answers from them, low and behold I was blocked from thier Facebook page and can no longer log in...I spend alot of money on casinos and it will no longer be here .

First off, they don’t deserve even 1 star but zero wasn’t an option. Played 75.00 and spun 2.00 spins and won 2.00. This is the most pathetic play I have ever had. I recommend depositing your money at a reputable casino instead of here. It is a total waste of money here. I play at a lot of places and this place wins the worst platform ever award. Well you definitely lost my business. I cashed out $100.00 and you send me $25.00 because I won it from my daily bonus. That's a real generic petty thing to do. The company caps redemption if you win with daily login bonus or free coin grants and anything above $25 that you legitimately win poofs into the ether or applies to RTP stats, who knows?

Firesevens is a total rip off they would allow me spend my money on the website and then locked me out of my account when I finally hit something because I don't have a utility bill in my name which I provided insurance bills bank statements and several other documents verifying my address they changed what I needed every time id submit something and upon requesting a refund I got a simple message that said stay safe.. I'm going to the bbb with the whole situation

I have reviewed this site before, I am upgrading them to four stars due to an absolutely impressive payout speed. DON'T misunderstand, 3 of my favorites pay out in 24hrs or less. FIRE Sevens did it in 3.5 hours. Only 4 stars due to lack of daily login in rewards for SC. Still very enjoyable site with great SC bonuses on purchases and easy verification.

I won 400 hundred dollars and was cashing out 100 of it. Well I get a email saying that they were refunding my 19.99 instead of cashing me out. So I get a hold of customer service and they tell me they closed my account for no reason. They couldn't even give me a reason. So I lost out in 400 dollars from them. I don't know what I'm going to do. I have had no problems from other casinos. They couldn't even give me a reason. They don't even deserve the 1 star I have them. They can't cash what I won. There dead wrong. I need help getting them for my money
