DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
Total scam, three months and still no product and they will not refund money. I should’ve looked at reviews prior to purchase and would not of done so. Also charged extra money after check out.STAY AWAY!

It took 2 and 1/2 months to get my order and it was wrong. I notified customer service who said that I was sent the correct item even after I provided a purchase order showing what I ordered. They did offer me $2.00 for my troubles, I told them fugetabouta it.

Wish I could give zero stars. This company is an absolute fraud and a total scam. I should have read the horrific reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for a wallet on 1/30/2026. It's now 3/26/2026 and I have not received my order. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, each time receiving the same what I believe to be an AI generated response... "Sorry to keep you waiting.
We checked the tracking information but there were no updates. For you to receive your package ASAP, We have resent your order. Please wait a few more days for the new parcel. Hope you will get it soon".
According to this, my order has been resent four (4) times now.

HOPE you will get it soon? What a joke. Please DO NOT order from this company. And shame on Amazon for selling their products, and likewise shame on PayPal for allowing them to receive payment via their platform.

Just like everyone else I ordered my wallet 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I emailed them and they said they will send out another one in replacement of the original. Guess what? Still nothing! Excuses after excuses! FO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is a total scam!

This place is a scam. Ordered my wallet almost 2 months ago and it’s still not here. I have contacted customer support twice and keep getting, “it’s on the way”. The package says it’s been in Houston since 2/17. They would’ve walked it to VA by now. I regret buying from this company. What a complete joke and fraud they are. Don’t buy from these people!!

I wish I did not have to even put a star. It took forever go get the wallet I ordered for my husband. When I did get it, the edge was coming apart. I have been going back and forth with them for a refund. They stated since they did not send the wrong good, they cannot provide me with a return or exchange, that they need to report and verify my problem to the after sales department which will take a long time. Therefore, they recommend that I keep my item. NOW why would I keep a product that is falling apart.

It could have come faster by sailboat

Ordered January 9 - still not here. The only good thing about this company is that they do respond to email:

Haha - I live in the 4th largest city, with the 5th largest port and a top-10 airport.

Horrible company, ordered wallet 6 weeks ago. 1st issue was that they over charged me but sent me a refund of the overpayment. The 2nd issue now is that my wallet was ordered in January of 2026 and is currently floating around the US lord knows where for almost 2 weeks now. Customer support refuses to refund the purchase and you cannot contact the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. They have no physical address or phone number. These people are scam artists. Now I must contact my CC company and go through that process of reversing the charges and waiting for my mew card to come. Pure scam artists, don't ever buy anything from them.

Ordered wallet two months ago. Never received. Contacted support and they say it was delivered. Really no recourse other than to warn people in review. Seems others share same fate. Stay away!

MORE! I contacted and they now want proof it was not delivered to me! I may have to resort to AI to figure that one out!

Don't do business with this company. They sell on Facebook. I see the same product selling on Facebook but different company names. Never buy anything on Facebook

Ordered a wallet with pop up aluminum case with money clip. Paid with Paypal, after I paid they charged me an additional 40% for sales tax. I went through Paypal to cancel order but Firmstaunch took off the 40% overcharge. The wallet arrived in a month and a half, no money clip and not the wallet advertised. Very flimsy. Total Scammers! Do NOT do business with them. Attorney General should be contacted!

I recently purchased a wallet from this place. It took 30 days to receive they did send update emails regularly.
However, when I received the wallet, it was not really what I wanted and would not work for me it didn't have a place to hold paper money. I contacted them the same day I received the wallet and we went back and forth they would not accept the wallet back. The wallet was $32 USD and they offer me $2 USD at first and them $6 USD. I told them I wasn't interested cash back it would not work for me. So, they said thank you we look forward to your feedback that was it. So, I file a dispute with my credit card company. Actually, after reading another review, I too remember seeing a money clip that's why I ordered it. The one I received didn't have one. I confident this was a bait and switch. Also, the email address they included in the package for customer server is not valid.

This company is a fraud.

This company advertised a slide wallet with a money clip but the one they sent did not have one. Their customer service would not send me the money clip for the wallet. To send it back would cost more than the original purchase. Do not buy from this company. They offered me for measly dollars for my inconvenience. Plus the wallet does not hold the advertised number of credit cards. The compartments are super tight. I could not be more disappointed with this transaction.

Poor service. lost my order and refuses to replace or refund. Will be filing with the FTC and my Attirney General

Like most of the other posts here I had a similar experience. They initially tried to overcharge me for the wallet but since I caught it right away they corrected the overcharge. The tracking was a shell game. The item apparently was originally being sent from Ireland but somehow was lost so was resent from China with no specific arrival dated. After over a month and a half the item arrived. I would not deal with this company again, I believe they are scammers hoping customers will just give up.

Clearly scam artists. Multiple emails tracking package supposedly from Ireland and winds up in Alabama when i live in NY. I offered to forget the whole thing if they would just admit there never was any package.

Scammed out of a wallet like everyone else.
