I really enjoyed the three-day St Andrew’s First Aid course. Shaun was a fantastic trainer who kept the sessions engaging, interesting and enjoyable throughout. His approach made it easy to get involved, ask questions and learn from the practical exercises.

The course covered some really important and valuable skills, particularly around how to respond when someone is injured or requires potentially life-saving assistance. I found the practical elements especially useful and feel much more confident in knowing how to react in an emergency situation.

Overall, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile three days, and I would definitely recommend the course to others.

Really good training and trainer was excellent

This was my second time doing a full-day First Aid course, the first time with a different company. Although I do think having previous experience allowed me to focus more on areas I felt weaker with, overall I considered St Andrew's course to be more comprehensive overall, with better explanations of each topic.
The environment was very friendly, and the person teaching us (I can't remember his name, sorry) was very good at putting people at ease and answering all questions thoroughly.
I definitely recommend the course, and will be encouraging my workplace to stick with St Andrew's for future training.

Our teacher Chris was very good with his teaching. He kept it interesting and was very good at explaining.

Chris the instructor was very thorough and took time to explain things anyone was unsure about always making sure we all understood.

Annual half day first aid update completed. Trainer was excellent and covered all the main topics clearly with a mixture of PowerPoint and practical exercises. Group size was 10 people which was ideal.

Colin the trainer was brilliant. He had a smooth and engaging delivery styles.

He kept everyone involved and interacting throughout the 3 hours, checking in on understanding as he went and making the content and examples personalised to each individuals working environment.

Done in a very sensible way that catered for the fact that we’d already done the training. Took us a bit further with our understanding while being a useful reminder if the essentials. Well put together and delivered with good humour and competence. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this training centre. The atmosphere was very friendly, welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole training experience even more enjoyable.

I really appreciated the little extras provided, such as free coffee, tea, biscuits and fresh fruit. It was a lovely touch and made the centre feel very comfortable and welcoming.

The Fire Marshal course was also excellent. The trainer was very professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions patiently and made sure the course was interesting and easy to understand. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the training.

Overall, I would highly recommend this training centre to anyone looking for professional training in a friendly and comfortable environment. Great experience from start to finish!
