Absolutely outstanding service from Niki at First Capital Finance.
We’ve now used them twice already this year, and on both occasions the whole process has been incredibly swift, straightforward and completely hassle free. Niki genuinely goes the extra mile to get everything sorted quickly and keeps you informed throughout, which makes a huge difference when you’re busy running a business.
What has impressed us most is that they don’t simply find you finance and leave it at that, they actually put the work in to source the most competitive deal possible. Both times they’ve managed to secure us better rates than competitors we had approached elsewhere.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is responsive, proactive and genuinely seems to have their client's best interests in mind.
We certainly won’t be going anywhere else for our business finance requirements. We’ve already dealt with First Capital Finance twice this year and fully intend on doing plenty more business with Niki and the team in the future.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 5-star service from start to finish.
