Helpful & responsive representatives who made setting up & fine-tuning my reservation easy, and at a reasonable price. And friendly and reliable drivers (who were quite patient with a group of wedding guests who were a little slow to get moving!). Great experience with First Charter overall

Thank you so much for arranging a bus for our sciene trip! Felicia (in the office) and Mr. Santos (the bus driver) were both wonderful! I know there's a shortage of bus drivers and we really appreciate your help!

The schedule was off and people arrived far too early to the ceremony. The bus driver was nice and accommodating, but the wedding saw me early before I walked down the aisle. I was told that the rides would take much longer than they did and it affected a major moment. I do not have an issue with the driver, but the person that set it up the last schedule.
