There seemed to be some confusion on the booking end of our First Charter team. We were sent buses from 2 different dispatch areas, and we were unaware of how this happened. We had one team contact us, then Jeff from the Princeton Dispatch, and then the other team. We were unaware there were two teams that came to take us on our trip until we arrived at our destination, and the second team was still sitting at Miami University Hamilton.

While this was attentive, we were unable to get a bus, or timely responses to our inquiry earlier this summer. In fact, after submitting a request, I had tried to call numerous times with no response or email responses. I was glad this time was much better.

This was perfect for my daughter’s wedding. We live on acreage but had no where for guests to park so we bussed them to our home. Henry was great! He was early, the guests loved him and he was very accommodating. The bus was very nice and clean. Our guests loved the experience, made the evening even more fun. We have already said we would use them again! Many thanks!!

The bus driver who drove us came on time, drove us carefully to our destination, was clear about the pick up location and polite. She also offered to drive students to their dorm rooms to make it easier on them, which was thoughtful.
It was helpful that she had extra masks on hand as well because one student's mask broke on the way back.

We needed a bus for a student travel with only a few days notice. First Student was reactive to our needs and processed our request very quickly. The bus was on time and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend!

The school bus was a hit with our wedding guests. Driver was great and did everything we asked of her, got all our guests to and from the wedding safely. Definitely recommend for large events, especially at such a great cost for the amount of people that can be transported.

Great service from New Miami bus service for First Charter for our daughter's wedding. They were early to pick up guests from the hotel and drop them off at the reception. They made sure we knew that they would show up and followed all guidelines with the new coronavirus scare.
