Driver wasn’t sure on directions and tried using a printout, which was dangerous. They also sped and ran a red light.

I appreciated the friendliness when I called to book. The paperwork came through in a timely manner. The bus showed up...even a little early:) The driver was safe in getting us there and back. Great experience. First Student will be my go-to choice in the future. Thank you!!!

Both bus drivers called to get accurate pick up directions during their arrival, as the itinerary address was not the actual location of the pickup location. We got it sorted out but luckily I had cell service, as this is a fairly remote location.

Drivers arrived extra early and check in. They were accommodating with moving buses for venue. Drivers were very courteous.

5 stars isn’t enough! Our experience with this shuttle company was amazing from start to finish. The driver was on time, professional, and so friendly, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, which took so much stress off our day. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and they made sure everyone got where they needed to be safely and on time. Highly recommend for weddings, events, or any group transportation needs!

The absolute worst experience on my wedding day.
On the day of our wedding we had a bus scheduled and paid for to pick up 45 guests. The bus never showed up and we were completely unable to reach anyone with the company local or otherwise. Two phone numbers were provided on the contract for day of use but neither would connect to a real person. Guests ended up spending hundreds ubering to and from our venue and our wedding started late. We have yet to hear from anyone. I would not recommend this to anyone ever. This was a horrible experience.

Cape Cod transportation was limited. First Student was priced significantly lower than competitors. I had used them in NH, so I felt good about hiring them. The communication was easy and very responsive. They were on time. The driver waited a few minutes for my nephew who had been stuck in traffic. I won't hesitate hiring again when needed.

We were expecting a charter bus based on what we saw online (bathrooms, etc), but what we got was a chartered school bus. We were frustrated because we felt like what we got didn't match what was advertised. Booking was complicated and we got different answers from every person we spoke to. I was told that when we called to pay they struggled to figure out how to accept our credit card payment. I specified that we needed to transport 55 ADULTS (5th graders) and they kept trying to tell me they could only fit 47 after telling me they could fit all 55 of us on 1 bus with 2 to a seat. We did still have to put a few kids 3 to a seat.
Our driver was fantastic though - friendly, polite, and helpful- he deserves 5+ stars!

Our driver, Paul, was amazing and made the trip very pleasant and safe. The bus arrived on time and was waiting to depart when scheduled. Everything was smooth sailing.
