My only concern was that the driver did not seem to be informed well about the area and the route.

The company was absolutely amazing! We ran into an issue with our event being pushed back by 3 hours and they did everything possible to accommodate the switch!

We all felt safe on the bus and he was very good at telling us where to meet up at the end of the field trip and even came to find us in the Zoo when he was advised the bus had to be moved.

As for the setup of the tour, the main company flip-flopped what I sent them. When I called to change, they said I would have to re-enter a new request for a bus, which would mean we would not get a bus. However, when I called the local company, they quickly changed the schedule stops around without any hassle. By the time the bus driver arrived, I had very little to talk to her about.
