Update: If you cannot guarantee basic delivery time then why show it as such in your website. Other companies can maintain their scheduled times. Instead of excuses maybe try working on improving your service.

Sorry but I can't control the speed in which the United States Postal Service delivers! Order was placed on June 5th, 8:30 P.M. and was shipped by first class mail June 7th first thing in the morning.
Update: First of all we don't make excuses! But anyways, we never stated we guarantee any type of delivery service. Our site states, will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, which we did. Then depending on how your order ships, you can EXPECT, I repeat, EXPECT, delivery within 3 to 6 business days after shipping. Order was shipped June 7th and you left this review yesterday, June 13th, still within the range since Sunday is not a business day.
So our previous apology to you was more us apologizing for the Postal Service for them delaying the delivery of your envelope.
