First Manufacturing Co Reviews

I have been a repeat customer at FirstMFG for a few years. I have purchased several leather vests for myself and my wife, a few leather belts and a leather jacket. All the orders have always been delivered without any issues and in a very timely manner. I recently order a mesh moto vest. It was my fault as I didnt read the reviews that mentioned to size up. For the first time, I had to exchange an item. I contacted Sam and he got the ball rolling. In the couple days of mailing out the wrong sized vest and ordering the right size, the ongoing sale changed from 60% off to 50% off. When I questioned about this, Sam did things right by me by adding a pair of riding gloves to my order at no cost to me and also covered the shipping cost to ship the correct size out. I have always recommended First Manufacturing to anyone looking for quality leather vests, jackets and belts just based on the quality of the product. But now I have a first hand experience of how well they treat their customers. Great job Sam and thank you again

I called regarding an order and was told that the item was actually out of stock. I worked with Emma Wilson from customer service for a quick solution. We transfered my order over to a different jacket that was in stock so I wouldn't have to wait for the 4-6 week lead times.

Amazing quality and fit. I've been running their textile jacket and leather vest for a few years now. The quality and fit is excellent. I'll definitely be buying more.

I’m so happy I went this route the best of the best with no doubt

Absolutely loved my vest, After trying a few different companies and ordering the Timber vest from First MNFG i can tell you it was the beat fitting vest ive gotten in a long time, didnt ride up my body as youre going down the highway the leather is super high quality the pockets are durable and designed for exactly what you need to carry, betst part is the liner comes off if youre looking to get anything patched on it makes it easy work. Overall 10/10 vest I wouldnt order another vest from any different company again.

I’ve been riding motorcycles for over 25 years, and I’ve tried my share of leather vests. I recently tried the perforated leather vest, and it’s honestly the best vest I’ve owned for hot days. The perforated leather provides great airflow while still feeling high quality and durable. The craftsmanship and overall quality are amazing. I really love this vest and highly recommend it to any biker looking for comfort, style, and quality!

Customer service, by Sam, was excellent. I ordered what turned out to be the wrong size vest for me. I initiated an exchange for the correct size, and Sam took it from there. He emailed me the return shipping label and I sent it out the next day. Although I told Sam I would gladly cover any difference in the cost of a larger vest, Sam informed me that he had gotten that waived and had shipped out the replacement vest. It arrived a few days later, and fit perfectly.

Ordered 2 vests by mistake. Company got right back to me and let me know what steps to take to get a refund. They sent a prepaid return label right away and I will be shipping the extra vest back for a full refund. I am very satisfied with the vest that I am going to keep.

Ordered the Timber Vest from FirstMFG and came quickly. The leather is nice quality and love the cognac color. The interior has a cool bandana gold print which is a nice touch. I especially love that it is cut a couple inches short from the standard size which make it perfect for riding and doesnt bunch up.

I’ve been buying vest from first mfg for past 6 years now and I’m always happy with the fit and finish. Recently got the moto mesh and man its game changer when you ride in heat. I also have bunch leather vest from them for colder months. The leather is nice and thick not like some other companies. On top that any issues you have their customer service is top notch.

I’ve had a great experience with First MFG Co. The quality of their products, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship really stand out. Everything feels well-made and built to last, which is especially important for motorcycle gear.

Their style, quality, and customer service make First MFG a company I’m happy to support. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality motorcycle apparel and gear.

Thank you, First MFG, for continuing to produce great products! 🏍️🤘

Love my First Mfg vest! Actually loved it enough to get a second one. The website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted and the descriptions on each made sure I got the one that fit me best. Shipped really quickly after ordering and they kept me in the loop via email to the point where I knew it got delivered and called my wife to grab it off the porch and send me a picture lol

10 out 10 will buy from them again and I recommend them to all my friends who ride!

I had been seeing their ads on my social media and decided to purchase one of their vests. They have a great selection of vests and jackets. I ordered a vest but shortly after I submitted my order I noticed it was the wrong size. I immediately emailed FMC and promptly received a specific automated message regarding my request to cancel the order. The very next day, I received confirmation from Emma Wison that my order had been canceled and my refund was being processed. This was honestly the fastest and easiest process I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for the correct size and I cannot wait to get it and start wearing it. Because of this extraordinary customer service experience, FMC has earned a new loyal customer.

The custom vest is my favorite! Great craftmanship and reasonably priced custom MC vest. I definitely recommend First Manufacturing Club Style Custom Vest💯💪🏼🙌🌟

Ordered a vest on Amazon and it was missing an eyelet, also decided that I needed one size smaller. Instead of returning through Amazon I reached out to First Manufacturing, to inquire about exchanging the defective one and getting a size smaller. Mark Smith went above and beyond to help with the replacement including sending a prepaid call tag. This is not the first time I have purchased First leather items and won't be the last. Amazing customer service!

Quality product, amazing customer service. Very pleased with leather jacket, vest, pants, belt and gloves. I was very well taken care of by customer support. Fast delivery. Really glad I found this company.

The quality of the merchandise is amazing. The customer service is professional and courteous and the shipping is fast. I highly recommend First Manufacturing for all leather products.

1.5” too short! Ordering the exact same vest but longer and smaller waist belly!

My experience has been 10/10 all the way around from sizing, to quality of product, to the return process…ordering a better fit! Absolutely stoked I went this route!

I found exactly what I was looking for in a Jacket. Protection & comfort with out loud advertising for the brand on it.
The quality level is exactly as they listed, top notch!
