over a month to attempt delivery and no response from customer service despite multiple calls
Bought an item from a commerce site that uses FirstMile as a shipping company on Black Friday. Item was shipped out but on Dec 2, all tracking stopped. Package was missing until Dec 24 when tracking claimed it attempted to deliver unsuccessfully. No note was left nor communication given about what to do to pick up or redeliver. Despite repeated, daily calls to them, they do not pick up nor do they contact you as promised in their voicemail. Despite multiple calls about this package, I see now that the tracking says they are returning it to the original delivery facility.
