Book a trip with a captain in Costa Rica. After trying to reach the captain with questions for 2 months with no response, I wanted to cancel the reservation as we did not feel comfortable proceeding with the reservation as we did not know what time or where to meet the captain since we were planning our trip. I attempted to cancel the reservation and Fishing Booker said I violated the captains deposit return policy even though the captain never contacted me. They are a scam, avoid.

No hassle. Easy to use. Was able to directly communicate with the captian about the local current weather conditions and updates. Will absolutely use Fishing Booker for all my future fishing trips that I need a guide for!

Customer wants to cancel, violating policy. But the only options were to deny or accept, no middle . I don’t want to steal a persons money, but there should be some compensation for a cancellation besides all or nothing

We ( me and the wife) have been using fishingbooker for 20 years and haven’t had a bad experience. The reviews are mostly helpful but the details about the boat and crew are the ticket to a successful and great experience. Our first time using FB was 20 years ago in Cozumel. We loaded up with dorado, caught a huge barracuda and a bonito. The mate fillet a couple for us and dropped us off at a restaurant for a cook your catch. Now, how can you beat that for a romantic vacation? We just finished a trip in Islamorada FL and loaded to boat up with Chelsea Charters. Captain Drudi and Mate Zach provided our best experience thus far.

Easy to choose a captain and boat. Lots of info about the captain, boat size, and max number of people. Very clear on total cost and accepted methods of payment. Received reminders of when and where.

Once you've chosen a Captain and his boat, Fishing Booker takes care of the booking, and provides excellent communication during the lead-up to your trip. I would definitely use them again.

So I had an amazing experience on two fronts. Let me explain the fishing, my mistake and the remedy. Captain Stacy from Bimini Charters was AMAZING. I wrote a review before coffee the next day and stated Captain Stanley. You may think there is no way to remedy this mistake. Here you would be wrong. The folks at Fishing Booker fixed this mistake in Minutes. They are AMAZING with their response time and how they fix issues for you. I highly recommend these folks as they have hooked my wife and I up with great Charters around the world and are there to support your needs!!!
